It was a great hotel

Reception desk is kind and all facility is good .... but breakfast should be more concerned with goods and services ... While I stayed ,group tours like Chinese and Latin Americans make restaurants messy and hotel can't respond it ..

Location is horrible. Need reception to call a 🚕 to go out each time if you do not have a car. Room is ok. Staff members are friendly.

a front desk lady is not friendly and polite. broken shower head. loud noise from upstairs during night time. we could chear clearly when people having shower upstairs. a bit smelly of the toilet. won't go back to this hotel.

Very bad black shop, don't be fooled. The restaurant is bad and expensive, the cups in the bathroom are paper cups with plastic sleeves, the price is not worth it

The carpet is so inhumane that I can't even pull the suitcase! Everything else is OK

服務整體好，唯獨早餐差，是團餐式，8 am進餐已沒什麼了，是旅行團剩下的，沒新添，全是12人座位的餐桌，低檔次，花早餐費不值得。希望日後有改善。
