Pertama, dia tidak memiliki standar hotel bintang lima karena fasilitasnya sudah sangat tua. Kolam renangnya bau disinfektan dan kurang bersih. Hal terbaik untuk dilakukan adalah pelayanan hotel, stafnya sangat sopan dan tersenyum ketika melihat semua orang. Secara umum, rasio harga/kinerja cukup tinggi, lagipula, biayanya hanya lebih dari 300 yuan per malam.

A comfortable stay with good service from staff filled with local hospitality, the location is nearby Karon Beach and 15 mins of ride to Patong Beach. Overall stay experience is satisfying with the right weather!

The staying there was just wonderful! The pool was clean, the room were cleaned up everyday, rooms in good condition, the staff was so kind! And the food was just delicious! Good buffet for breakfast. I highly recommend this resort. It was an 10/10 for me!! The pictures of the resort page are as it is in reality.

We liked a lot the swimming pool and restaurant. Even though it is not very one-step close to the beach, it’s a walkable distance that allows you on the other hand to have a good sleep. The other places are just too near to the crowds and noise. Also there is in front a very good restaurant, and washing machines.

Nice hotel Nice pool Nice room Terrible breakfast For the amount you pay I would have expected a decent breakfast and coffee that you can actually drink Best to skip breakfast and go up the road to cafe Amazon

My first trip to Thailand as a solo traveller the hotel with a lot better than I thought my room was clean and modern. I was in the green wing as you open the door you got the pool right outside with comfortable benches which I thought was amazing. The bed is Not as comfortable but no complaints with breakfast and customer services was amazing they really helpful. The garden is clean. The area is is good as well. You’ve got local shops and supermarket. You can exchange currency outside so I was happy with my stay

Great resort , swimming pool off the decking was wonderful , spa massage and package was exceptional , it was the most professional spa treatment I received in my 3month in Thailand . Breakfast was very good great variety . Staff were so welcoming and helpful . Room was a good size but the bed was hard . Room service food was fabulous . 10/10

This is my second time to choose this resort. Unfortunately, air conditioner is still insufficient and no tooth brush provided without notification. Location is far away from the down town as well.

Perfect place to stay ❤️ Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was plenty to chose from, the surroundings were great, pools were very clean. All staff were very helpful. Mini mart was close by to stock up on snacks etc. I recommend Access Resort & Villas.

I booked because this hotel had good reviews, and on *********** the hotel was listed as 5 stars. I would not even give the hotel 1 star. Blood on shower curtain, stained bath rob, the rooms are in very poor condition and are not maintained. The cleanliness of the room was not good as you can see from the pictures. I could not fault the staff who are professional however would stay at a backpacker hostel over this hotel/resort any day of the week. I don’t like writing negative reviews but if I knew what I did now I would have never booked.

A great older style resort from the hay day, and they are trying hard to maintain an ageing resort, but still great value 😁 I am a father of a 9yr old girl and I love kids BUT…. kids jumping around and screaming out the front of my pool access room for hours whilst trying to relax when I am sure the website says no children?????
