Fantastic Hotel with great atmosphere and excellent staff service. The standard rooms are fairly basic but still very pleasant and great value. Beds comfy and two pillow styles provided for different preferences. Only drawback is location on very busy road away from most spots of interest - should really only be considered by those with own transport. Rooms are set well back from road however and are all very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Okei service from the staff. The internet connection was poor. Could have been cleaner. VERY NOISY IN THE NIGHT TIME, wanted to sleep but couldnt because of the other guests were loud and was in the pool. Good location. The hotel looka nice but they do focus on the estetic aspect of the hotel rather than taking care of the guest.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and really enjoyed the time spent there. The room is very spacious and bright, freshly renovated, has a comfortable bed, good water pressure. The hotel itself is 10 minutes drive from the Old Town, the most convenient way is to rent a bike to move around the locations The manager and the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We can recommend this place for your comfortable trip.

When we arrived and checked in the reception staff was not very welcoming, not helpful and kind of rude. After checking in, we asked where is the nearest 7 Eleven and he lied that there in none close by, “very far away”’ so another guest helped us instead it was 7 minutes walk. The kitchen and bars sometimes charged more than what’s written on their menu such us drink for 90baht for 110baht. When asked why, we were told surcharge for hotel patrons. After that we hardly interacted with the restaurant bar or reception staff. The room service staff are very kind and nice most of the time. The floor are dirty all the times not mopped from day1-7, we cannot walked barefoot in the room too dirty. All linen and other facilities are provided all the time. Shower screen is not covering enough therefore after every shower water splashes everywhere. Lift 🛗 can be dangerous, always press the button before entering because it almost injures my hand 🤨. There should be a warning for patron for preventing anyone getting injures by the lift!

I traveled for business, and overall, it was a good experience for me. The hotel is in a very good location, close to Big C and various shops. The outdoor parking area is spacious. The pool is large but has a bit too much chlorine. The room isn’t very new, but it’s acceptable. The hotel is next to a Western restaurant that opens early in the morning and closes at midnight. Overall, I like this hotel.
