Ulasan Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc

Overall, it's nice, but there was no robe in our room, but they gave it to us after we asked, the pool toys weren't working, as far as I know, for 1-2 months (and still are). They didn't give us a fork when we checked out, they asked us for it (really strange), the breakfast wasn't very rich, and we got bored after 2 days. It's close to Vinwonder and Safari, but far from other shops and markets.

location is good, few mins walk to the beach, and few mins walk to the Grand World Nightly Light show place, where many shops and restaurants are there. There is free bus ride, Vinbus from airport to the hotel and also stops at the city centre. You can save some Grab money there. Facilities, Standard swimming pool and there are some staff oeganizing water polo games for hotel guests to join. they are fantastic. The slide is right there, but didnt open during my stay, a bit disappointed the things i dont like was that too many people smoked around the pool, which i felt very uncomfortable. The breakfast was fine, but there were so many people and staff were not able to keep the place clean. Please hire more staff. To conclude, the stay was fine, and it is value for money.

Good location, private beach in 5 minutes walk. There is a shuttle service to the beach. Room not so clean. There is a lot of food at breakfast, but not all of it is tasty. The hotel has a lot of guests and sometimes there is a shortage of staff. Construction next to the hotel starts at 7am, making it difficult to sleep.

Spent a quite good time during the year end, missed there already. Children will have a great time during the stay, as both indoor and outdoor children's clubs are available. Several spacious restaurants are at the ground floor. The only problem might be the event of New years' eve had been too hot and too loud to fall asleep. Remember to bring the paper badges for the meals in restaurants and private beach with free towels provided.

Lcation is good. It is Near grandworld phuQuoc. If you want to visit to Vinwonder and Vinpearl safari this is perfect location. Room was clean.

We stayed here three days and it was very comfortable. Also, I liked very close to beach and another places.

The hotel staff is very friendly. We love it. But it is very noisy outside the hotel. We stayed for 8 nights and had a very uncomfortable stay. Drunk people outside make very loud noises all night and drunk people drink alcohol outside the hotel until 3 am. We got a room overlooking the pool.

Love the balcony and pool facing room, a convenience store just opposite. Great location and the daily lively family gathering that welcomes every evening. It’s a perfect family party hotel. Staff are very corteous and friendly. Great location and within walking distance to Grand World. Enjoyed my daily evening walk back to the hotel, amused by the street choir and Christmas disco. The only feedback I would have is on the food quality of the restaurant could be improve. Will be back for sure!

Room is clean but AC very load I can’t sleep well

The Staff at the reception were amazing. Very welcoming, big smiles and so helpful. Requests were fulfilled immediately and I had a few :D anyway I asked for a quiet room on the top floor. I got it. I asked to be able to enjoy breakfast two times (at the opening at 6 AM and before closing around 10 AM). That in order to better manage my diabetes type 2 condition. They made sure I could get that too. The staff at the restaurant was not so welcoming. Just doing their job. For a nice start of the day smiles and a friendly welcoming attitude would help... The food for breakfast was plentiful and good. Items were replenished until the closing time. The room was not very large but nice. The bed was comfortable. There was a safe and a fridge but nothing to do some ironing. The bathroom was very functional. The air conditioner was efficient and not too noisy. The TV was unusable for me but I usually do not watch TV anyway. The big swimming pool with the large children section has very few lounge chairs...which anyway get promptly "reserved" (and then left "empty" with clothes, etc... to make sure no one can use them). But it is probably safer to swim there than in the polluted sea a quick walk away as the locals (and unfortunately many guests too) seem to have no environment awareness. Phu Quoc is from that perspective a very poor example in Vietnam. The location of the hotel is good. The free VinBus stops in front and it is next to the "fake" Venice. There are plenty of shops around as well as restaurants and other eateries. The sea and the beach are hardly a 10 minutes walk away. The area is quiet and not visibly as polluted as the town. The town and the airport are easily reachable with the convenient and free VinBuses in 45 to 60 minutes. I would not hesitate to come back to the Wyndham Garden should I return to Phu Quoc in the future.

Clean and friendly hotel. Walking distance to grand world and beach. Free bus available every 15 min. Will come back again
