Access to accommodation was clear and concise and reminder texts forwarded just before my trip. Loved the luggage lift, as I thought I’d have 4 trips up the 14 steps to the first floor, which made it a “piece of cake” for this 70 year old to get to my room! 👍 … and a very helpful staff member offered to help me carry my luggage from the luggage lift to my room. My room, with kitchenette, was VERY clean. I was hesitant about noise when I saw a train line across the road and saw a plane fly overhead, HOWEVER, the unit was very quiet and I slept better and much longer, the 2 nights I was there than I do at home.

Couldn’t stay don’t ever book with this company because they won’t refund your money if you can’t stay that day and have the dates wrong very unhappy!

Perfectly adequate. Nothing fancy. Everything you need. Value for money. Would stay again.

Unique 2 bedrooms setup and availability of luggage lift. But the comforter is not up to expectations.

My stay was comfortable, the location is great and the location quiet and conveniently located to airport.

Great place to stop in, nice outdoor area with a nice garden to wind down. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean and tidy, rooms could have a microwave tho. Other than that can't fault it. Frendily help full staff. Centrally located.

I arrived late due to a delayed flight but there is an out of hours key collection safe. Unfortunately in my case someone had taken my key but I called the help line and it got sorted. That's obviously not Ascot's fault but they fixed the situation as fast as they could. Ideal for a budget friendly short stay.

Be aware that the reception area and the lodging are a bit apart, so keep that in mind. Also, it’s convenient if you have a car. Uber rides took about 7–10 minutes, so be slightly cautious about that. The nearby steak place was so delicious that I went there every day. Everyone was kind. A pharmacy and a supermarket are close by, so I recommend this place.

Just a cheap basic stay. Share showers and toilets. Bed was very comfortable. Single bed. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

I do not recommend it to anyone, a depressing hotel with unpleasant service

No water just a cold glass wat that do

Convenient location to Brisbane city centre.

Adequate for an overnight but the air-con need improvement.
