Great location and excellent service as always.

We usually stay here when in Cartagena. The staff is amazing. Great location. But the price is definitely very high compared to what you get for the room. Definitely needs some updates. Good food at the pool bar and again great customer service!!!!!

Pool area was great, beds were comfortable. The real problem was the breakfast. Very little choice and milk, yoghurt etc left out for hours with no refrigerator. There were also a lot of fruit flies on the uncovered food. I got sick after eating the yoghurt

Alles war top bis auf eine Kleinigkeit im Restaurant als ein Gast oben ohne gegessen hat. Aber das Hotel ist super und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Lage gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

位於半島之上，相對環境比較安全，步行100米即是海灘，餐館咖啡館有很多，吃飯必將方便。出行可以打出租車或者網約車。

Bardzo dobry hotel blisko plaży jak i starego miasta. Pomocna i niezwykle uprzejmą obsługa w recepcji. Wyśmienite śniadania z mnóstwem owoców i bez ograniczeń. Takich śniadań w całej Kolumbii nie mieliśmy przez 2 tygodnie. Basen na dachu czynny również późnym wieczorem. Malutki minusik za brak wody pitnej w pokoju, ale chyba w Kolumbii nie ma takiej tradycji. Gorąco polecam ten hotel jak sieć Holida Inn. Wielokrotnie korzystamy z tej sieci na całym świecie I nigdy nie było problemów.

非常好的一家酒店。嗯，讓前台幫忙打印資料，他們也很配合，然後也很耐心，非常謝謝小哥哥對面，就是麥當勞吃飯也很方便。
