I thoroughly enjoyed the stay with all the good facilities. Very central in Colombo and had access to all the good malls and restaurants easily.

Amazing hotel with amazing view.

This is the worst Shangri-La I have ever stayed in. The various room types are confusing. It is very unfriendly to guests who want to extend their stay. You cannot check in directly at the front desk. You must book online. Even if you book the same room type and price online, you will be forced to cancel and pay the cancellation fee before you can check in.

I have to say that the room at Shangri-La is old. The whole ventilation system is problematic. The room smells very bad. The light is broken and not lit at all. I arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The guy at the front desk did not provide any service at all. He looked like he didn't care about anyone and didn't smile at all. The good thing is that the lobby is more grand. The breakfast is quite standard and not suitable for Chinese tastes. It is said to be a sea view room, but the sea view is not much

The service is good, the room is clean and the view is great. We booked this place mainly for the Chinese food on the third floor. Going downstairs, you can go directly to the best local shopping mall. The prices are relatively high, but the food and drinks are still good. It feels like one of the few good places to stay in Sri Lanka.

Bring your kids to stay, very good hotel! The service and hardware are first-class, breakfast is rich! Especially the Chinese food is delicious! The connected shopping mall is very convenient, and there is also a large supermarket.

Shangri-La Hotel is standard, clean, efficient, and the service is average. Just keep recommending more services and adding money. On the last day, I booked a car to go to the airport, and the car I arranged changed the style at that time. Small details but it makes people feel uncomfortable! I think there is room for improvement!
