Great resort with amazing views! Nice staff, decent food. A bit far from other attractions, but other than that, very nice facility.

The service and hospitality is way above expectations and the staff were always ready to help. The location is awesome with peaceful surrounding and private clean beach with all the facilities. Rooms are jungle themed so anticipate some insects as part of it.😜 Overall it’s a great recommendation from us.

Absolutely gorgeous place! Many people stay here and want to extend their stay. A very beautiful and peaceful territory, perfect service, very nice breakfast buffet with Vietnamese and Western food options, a lovely beach, a nice bar with a pier… You’ll love it!

Relaxing and suitable for unplanned trip. Comfortable outdoor dinner, lovely staff and pleasant vibe. With a little cute kitty around, will consider to back again.

Overall, this is an fabulous resort with an outstanding and professional management team and exceptional staff. I had a small misunderstanding with Reception but Trung fixed this quickly and graciously for me. Later, Trung and his team returned by post to me some lost jewellery which was truly fantastic and hugely appreciated. They went 'above and beyond' the call of duty. I later met with the resort Director, Gates, whose omnipresence in all areas of the resort was impressive. His natural charm and quiet confidence seemed to imbue his team with a 'can do' attitude and inspired a remarkable culture of great customer service too. This is one of the few resorts I've stayed where I have no hesitation giving the a 10/10 5 Star score. Well done team Ocean Beach !

One thing I do not like is there are a lot of bugs. So I wonder where the five stars hotel come from. Service is decent. Swimming pool looks nice but less clean compared to other resorts nearby

The stay exceeded my expectations! The natural scenery was breathtaking, with pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The resort had excellent facilities, including pools and a variety of water activities, providing ample entertainment options. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided satisfactory service. However the breakfast is not good and lack of choices. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

For those who enjoy the nature, this is the perfect resort. Comfy bed, well designed bathroom, spacious pool, nice beach and seaside. Special thanks to Mr. Khanh for his kindness and services at restaurant.

Ocean Bay is really a great vacation place. It has everything for a great beach vacation. The experience from the service, the room, the dining, to the environment it is located are really great. Staffs are all friendly and serve you diligently. Highly recommended place to stay here if you want a private beach and surrounded with nature: beach, ocean breeze and lush forest-like landscaping. The room itself can make you feel satisfied to just stay in, with the ocean view and breeze into the room, really immersive. Improvement: I give 5 stars, but hope the resort could improve on mattress quality - probably time to change to new mattress that is level. My sleep quality affected by the unlevel mattress, but it was offset with all others great quality of the resort. Also, hope room service could give notice during check-in, call upfront or knock the door before coming inside the room, so that guest who is still inside the bathroom will not shock to find people suddenly in the room. Suggestion: It would be nice if resort could provide a small note book with pen/pencil so guests could pen down their thoughts or note during their stay. Also if the room could provide fabric refresher spray will make the stay so much convenient.

Ocean Bay resort is an awesome resort for nature retreats. Good place to calm, meditate and recharge. I like the bungalow which is surprisingly insert-free. They have a cool stone made bath tub. Cool swimming pool and a private beach. The resort feels clean and well maintained. Just the room service could enhance a bit as my room didn’t get clean up.
