객실 청소와 정리를 이렇게 해주는 리조트는 드문것 같네요. 청소만, 침구정돈 정도만 하는 곳이 대부분인데 바닥, 침실의 모래는 물론 작은 물건들까지도 가지런히 정리해주었습니다. 객실 청소팀에 감사인사를 드립니다. 또 해변에 계셨던 모든 직원분들이 안전에 적극적이셨고 친절하셨습니다. Thanh아저씨는 아이에게 모래놀이를 할 수 있도록 장난감을 제공해주셨고, 바람이 세게 불어 배를 탈 수 없단 말을 하시며 같이 안타까워해주셨던게 느껴졌습니다. 가족사진도 몇 장이나 찍어주셔서 좋은 추억을 사진으로 남길 수 있었습니다! 전체적으로 호텔의 모든 직원분들이 친절합니다. 무엇보다 대부분의 직원들이 저희를 기억하고 있던 점이 인상적인데요, 특별한 대우를 받고 있는 것 같아 기분 좋았습니다. 특별히 저희가족에게만 아니라 모든 손님들에게 그랬을 것같은, 그것이 이 호텔만의 특화된 장점이지 않을까 싶습니다. 단, 웰컴 스낵과 Vi레스토랑에서 제공된 세트메뉴는.. 맛과 품질을 개선하면 좋겠습니다.. Mixe레스토랑을 선택할 수 있었던것도 좋은 대안이 되었습니다 이 리조트가 있어 뀌년을 또 방문하고 싶네요 :-) 즐거운 연휴 보냈습니다. 감사합니다!

Exzellentes Resort mit toller Atmosphäre und super schöner Lage am langen Sandstrand. Die Bungalows sind sehr stilvoll ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten und hervorragende Sauberkeit! Eine insgesamt sehr gepflegte Anlage. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Lediglich das Abendessen könnte hinsichtlich Auswahl und Vielfalt verbessert werden.

호텔자체는 가성비가 좋은편인것 같습니다. 저녁＜-＞마사지로 선택해서 받을수 있습니다. 수영장이랑 조식당은 디오션 리조트와 공유해서 사용하고, 사람들도 친절했어요. 들어오면 시내 나가기 어려운듯해서 그게 조금 아쉬웠지만, 쉬러오기에는 좋은것같습니다.

設施：:六星 衞生：:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 環境：六星 服務：六星 我要為它強烈打call 本來沒對它抱有特別大的希望，畢竟價格不貴，沒想到酒店一切都非常好，還送了我們免費spa,spa房非常漂亮舒適。 酒店承包了整個沙灘，玻璃海，海水湛藍清澈，很多海上項目都不用收費。 看到我們很晚入住，自動幫我們延遲退房到下午4點.非常感動。 酒店一切都是那麼美好，房間超温馨舒適，乾淨整潔。早餐好吃，品種豐富。

스태프들 모두 친절하시고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 위치가 중심지와 좀 많이 떨어져있긴 해서 시내 나가기는 어려워요. 한적하고 해변도 한산해서 전세낸거 같았습니다. 마이아 어플로 여러가지 정보 확인가능하고, 예약도 할 수 있어서 영어울렁증이 있어도 부담이 없습니다.

Dịch vụ nói chung tốt . Nhân viên lễ tân  cần thông báo với khách nếu có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ spa cần báo trườnc để chuẩn bị nước nóng khi khách đến sử dụng, do nhân viên spa báo nước nóng sử dụng điện gió nên mất thời gian đợi nước nóng mới sử dụng  được dịch vụ gội

Had a lovely 4 night stay in the horizon villa, absolutely amazing location right on the beach. The villa itself was clean, and luxurious with everything we needed. We enjoyed our included meals at the Vi restaurant, although we would have liked more options for meals/ specials. Staff were friendly and able to assist with everything we needed, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We did find the wait time for a buggy around the resort quite long at times, would recommend using a bike provided or just walking. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back.
