The front desk staff went above and beyond in every way. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed at this location the night before my surgery and the night I was released from the hospital because it was so close by.
I appreciate the empathy and service provided by the front desk, as they helped with my luggage to the Uber when I was departing. 100% I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area.

This is a motel not hotel. I waited forever for someone to check me in. Upon entering my room I found crumbs on the floor, a dirty towel, beds were not neatly made, and a light cover missing in the bathroom. Second room I tried also did not have a neatly made bed, a TON of caulk surrounding the bathtub, and a bathmat in the bathtub that was all black. There was a homeless man crawling into the dumpster on the property grounds (I’d post a picture if I could). I will say the staff was pleasant about canceling my reservations and refunding me. Overall, this motel is not safe or clean.

Last thing. When you remodel please replace your toilets with ones high enough for most adults

The room was okay enough. The ceiling had a hole the ceiling with wires hanging out. The tub stopper didn’t work and neither did the jacuzzi tub. It is nice that they have free breakfast that has a lot of choices.
