the room is average size and fairly clean. it doesn't have very good soundproofing so you can hear everything in the hallway (also there is a karaoke bar across the street). the staff are friendly and polite. not that it's a big issue cause i don't spend much time there but the lobby area really stinks. the smell reminds me of a cat's litter box.

Clean and spacious; so for me it met its purpose. Good value if you don't mind being away from the action. Staff were attentive and very helpful when needed. About a 35 minute walk from the Riverside, so not very touristy. Plenty of local places to eat, and a lucky supermarket just around the corner. For what I paid (without breakfast) I couldn't and wouldn't complain.

I love my stay at this hotel. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also very easy to find and there are bus stations nearby. So if you are staying here and planning a trip to Siem Reap, it is very easy to book a trip there.

First of all the hotel staff is amazing, once I booked the hotel and arrived it was 1 AM however they told us no room available.
After bit of discussion and argument they offered me a room but offcourse it was non operational room and had issues but the staff was helpful and kind.
They were there to fix everything, also helped me change money at good rates and they were courteous.
I would say you must try the hotel purely due to the service and helpfulness which will surely make your stay amazing.
I wish hotel and the people the best.

Toilets had broken water leakage everywhere. Shower knob broken. Since I stayed one night so didn't bother. Quality of suite is good.
