Three year old hotel, air conditioning not the coolest, no safe’s in rooms, pool on top floor in full sun with no shade, 42degrees with warm water,could do with more lighting in the bathroom. Lift’s no air flow in them. This hotel was self rated four stars on our tour however we were not impressed compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Lovely hotel & staff. Large, clean rooms and gorgeous roof top pool with bar. Everything thing says 5star review but I can only give 4stars because the paper thin walls where we could hear everything happening in the room next door; even just light switches and toilet flushing was as if they were in our room. We could hear everything said in the next room and apparently they could hear us just as easy. Road noise and music from bar across road could be heard until wee hours of morning. Everything else including staff was a lovely experience.

It’s new. In fact, it’s too new that I don’t feel anything in it. It’s your standard business hotel and everything is pristine clean and new. But the lights are too bright (they use white bulbs), breakfast has few options, and sometimes you feel like you’re the only one in the entire hotel. Staff is kind and accommodating but overall, hotel feels “empty”. They also don’t have security deposit box inside the room. Windows are also not soundproof so you can hear the noise at the ground level even if you’re on the higher floors.

A new, very modern hotel, clean, offers nice variety of food. Could have a bit more Cambodian options. Very nice staff. Not to far from the river front. Bakery and a market a few steps away. A very cute Cambodian restaurant with karaoke across the street.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location close to restaurants. Evenings by the rooftop pool and bar were amazing. I derivative recommend this place

This was an amaxing stay in Cambodia. Definately a must stay. Very new hotel, 1 year old. The staff were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Thank you to Van-Manager, and his staff Lin, Phear, Thyda, Seangly and anyone else I may have left out. Nothing was ever forgotten and they remembered our names after we had just spoken to them once or twice! Thank you !

Beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms. The king-sized bed was comfortable and had wall outlets on both sides of the bed to accommodate your adapter (no USB ports). There was a small table with 2 chairs, separated from sleeping area by partial wall. Two bottles of water were left in room daily, and a mini frig with tiny freezer portion was provided. Hot pot was also provided. No dresser drawers, but there was a shelf that you could put your clothes on. The water temperature in the beautiful shower fluctuated between hot and lukewarm. Robes were available in the closet, but there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was okay and they tried to change out one or two items each day. There was an egg station in the breakfast room as well as fresh fruit, cereal, soup, fried rice, and sometimes noodles and chicken fingers.

I have stayed for couple weeks here. Everything is standard, friendly staff, central location. Once by accident, a room staff broke my parfume sprayer (Versace - quite expensive), then they did apologized to me and promised a compensation. Actually I didnt expect much, but the manager bought me a brand new one few days later. It amazed me because of his effort in that. So I recommend The Onra hotel for their honesty and enthusiasm business.
