Very disappointed with the front desk staff. They are extremely careless and unprofessional. Payments were received but not properly recorded, and they repeatedly claimed I hadn't paid. It's unacceptable that such basic tasks are not handled properly. Management should seriously look into the way the front desk is operating

This place is run as a front by Chinese *********. I filmed it. I was physically assaulted twice by their cross-eyed, rabid security guard. They also stole my deposit money by falsely claiming I broke their door (which I did not do). The manager is pure evil. I had physical injuries for days after being assaulted. My legal dispute with these vile ***** has only begun. May each of these wretched, corrupt, lying, phony, underhanded bullies receive everything they deserve.

Good hotel, taken care by luna and sreyleak. Speak good English and chinese. Any issues handled quickly

還可以，主要是格局不錯。一室一廳，有廚房，客廳也大。和男朋友住了半個月待在房間也不會覺得壓抑

性價比挺高，房間很寬敞，前台可以用英語流暢溝通，偶爾也有中文員工在，整體不錯，如果配上洗衣機就更好了。

這個房間比較大，熱水器不好用煤氣的，晚上11.50分有蟑螂客廳，廚房沒有用沒有天然氣，除了大其他沒有什麼優點，泳池在一樓進門處很尷尬。老外服務意識比較低
