The staff was friendly, location was good (next to the harbour), the room was clean and had lots of space for storage. Worth the value.

Love this convenient place, great to get around day and night. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Very friendly and especially helpful staff that meet you on the dock upon arrival by speedboat or ferry they'll take care of your bags from the dock to your room while guiding you the whole way. Check in quick and simple great rooms clean Great bed aircon bathroom etc. everything you need. Will not be disappointed . Location is good too.

Incredible location. Market shops right outside and 5 minutes to both beaches. Staff were super helpful and friendly with good language. Room was really clean and was cleaned with new towels every day. Would definitely recommend

Excellent location of the hotel in the middle of koh phi phi. Right next to a 7-11 and a laundromat, and bars nearby!

Really highly recommended. Absolutely good value for money. I would choose it again for a short stay on Phi Phi.

HOTEL: It is very well located. STAFF: very friendly. They pick you up at the port and bring your bags to the hotel for free, the guy who does this service is a 10. And the same when you leave. ROOMS: simple although you can see a little wear and tear. Negative: 1) They should improve the power of the shower (the worst to date on our trip to Thailand) 2) The plugs are horrible as they don't connect properly, the water bottles are almost hanging and don't charge the devices.

The room is excellent, everything is there, the location of the hotel is super, everything is nearby, only to the Long Beach beach is far, but you can also get there by taxi boat. When you go out to the pier, there will be a person with a hotel sign, go to him, your things are loaded into a cart, 5 minutes on foot and you are at the hotel👍

The receptionists are extremely kind. The room is ok. The location is ideal. Unfortunately we did not have hot water during our entire stay which complicated the experience but I want to point out that the welcome was great.

The hotel has a good location but the lobby is ugly and has no air conditioning. They have a maintenance room that makes a lot of noise all day long, as well as the guests on the second floor that started making noise as early as 6 am. They don't offer breakfast and the bathroom in the lobby was disgusting.
