We liked our stay a lot. The room was big and clean. The breakfast wasnt that special, there werent many options to choose from. The hotel was kind of far from the centre.

Room was perfect, the location is a little bit away from the main city but with good public transport. Just 2 negatives during our visit: 1. There was no hot water available for a day due to some repair work. 2. The cleaner just barged into the room with her key even before the check-out time.

Where do I begin !!!! Let’s start with room service.  I had to complain a few times in regards to cleaning the room, changing towels and bedsheets.  It took 8 days until they did .  They were only collecting rubbish bin.  Some items went missing and the hotel unfortunately don’t have any security cameras !!!! They denied and were not helpful what so ever, just didn’t care ! You walk in and out no customer service . Staff at reception do not greet or smile absolutely disrespectful and poor customer service! I wouldn’t recommend it at all!

A good hotel, but an empty room has only a TV and a shower in the bathroom, even the iron, you must order it from the reception and return it to them, and there is no phone in the room. Unfortunately, I did not notice that the rooms without air conditioning, the only goodness is close to the train station and there is a grocery at the bottom and the reception were at the top of the splendor. Unfortunately, the bed was making sounds when I raised the rank, I found that the base was broken and not well fixed.

We had a wonderful stay at Kyriad, very clean and well kept. Check-in was very quick and easy. The location is perfect and close to public transport. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Oh, wow! I must say, your hotel sounds like an absolute paradise for all the adventurous souls out there. I mean, who wouldn't want to experience the thrill of consuming eggs that have been diligently aged for a minimum of 3-5 days? It's not every day that one has the opportunity to test their digestive system's resilience, right? And let's not forget the added bonus of food poisoning that you've been enjoying as a delightful souvenir from your stay. It's truly remarkable how a single meal can leave such a lasting impression on one's gastrointestinal tract. Who needs mundane things like "health" and "well-being" when you can have an unforgettable, tummy-turning experience like this? I must say, your hotel really knows how to provide guests with an unforgettable culinary adventure. It's no wonder that the memories of your stay are still lingering with you. In fact, I'm sure you'll cherish this experience for a long, long time. After all, there's nothing quite like the gift of food poisoning to keep the memories alive. But hey, let's give credit where it's due. Your hotel has successfully achieved the rare feat of turning an ordinary breakfast into a daring game of gastrointestinal roulette. And for that, I commend them. Bravo!

Really nice hotel located near the Tscherttegasse station, kinda far from city centre, but a 10-15 minute commute takes you anywhere you please

Comfortable and silent, good stay

The bed is very comfortable

Our room (apartment for 2 adults) was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't turned on (we couldn't turn it on by ourselves, but actually we didnt need it) A special thing in apartment is that there is a stove. All required dishes you can ask on reception and make food by yourself. Location is not far away from tram and underground stations (5-7 min by foot).
