Service was amazing, location was also great with the transfers to and from town. All the staff was so helpful and kind. The view is breathtaking

Location is bit far from Center of phi phi. On the other hand, their cars offers good services so I can easily go to and fro phi phi town with their cars.
The famous location ( shark point ) is only 15 walking distances or 3 mins car so you can free on charge enjoy snorkelling or swimming in shark point.
You can enjoy dinner buffet in their sun set restaurant with reasonable price.
I highly recommend that hotel to you.

This hotel is up a hill and a bit far from both long beach and town, for which a car is always needed. Luckily the hotel has a car service for free (until 9pm) that brings you around. Facility and rooms a ok, staff very friendly

Great location, quiet and peaceful, and great views from top of the mountain.
You need a shuttle to go to beach or town, but you max. wait 5 minutes.
Service was excellent.

Very nice place and perfekt restaurant on a very good location with great viev out over the bay area. It could be nice to now, that we where beeing picked up by a boat and sailed near to the hotell. I was looking fore a car!! Check in starf should be better informed about our arrivel, they want me to pay one more time fore the stay, but after they checked everything was okay.
Good free service with car to and from the beach and town.
Room was clean and big with very good bed, nice balcony with viev over the sea.
Will like to come back.

Really hard to get around when having to rely on staff to get up and down the mountain, wait times are huge here.. would not book here, get somewhere actually on the island close.
Also the waterpark is so much bigger in photos than real life, my 14yo was pretty disappointed

This is a perfect resort for chill and do some yoga and swim. We loved the long beach.The city has cool clubs also the car service is too nice like a lift. This is my very first stay in phi phi island and snorkling at the long beach. Had fun! 😇🙏 Definitely will come back with friends and family. Thailand’s nature is amazing all the time summer it surprises me so much.

Deluxe rooms doesn’t have view and you can get only from the balcony( the room doesn’t have door) which can be inconvenient.
If you get a ground floor room you will suffer from sewage smells in the room.
Staff are very friendly and will help you with anything you need.
Wi-Fi is ok and the hotel provides you with a beach bag with towels.
Towels and linens we’re clean and so is the room.
Bed is very stiff like concrete but pillows are nice

The room was very big and clean, and the water park was pretty awesome - haven't seen a hotel with a water park before. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. Location was rather inaccessible, although the hotel provided free transport to nearby beaches and the main town so it wasn't an issue at all. The service was really be great too, every single detail was well attended to.

An sich eine nette Anlage mit netten Extras, aber ein bisschen herunter gekommen und überall Baustellen. Zimmer war nett, aber keine sitzmöglichkeit drinnen. Handtuchhalter im Bad sah sehr unstabil aus. Babybett hatte Stockflecken und die Matratze war zu klein. Der Aquapark war ungepflegt, Dreckiges Wasser nur die Hälfte der Rutschen konnte genutzt werden und überall Risse im Beton. Das Personal war super nett und der Shuttle Service war auch klasse.

計2泊。初日チェックイン後、部屋に彼女と2人で裸の状態の時に従業員が入ってきた。
フロントと従業員が連携取れていなかったとの言い訳。非常に不愉快。
翌日ら清掃不要の札等がなかったため、清掃不要と彼女（タイ人）に電話でタイ人のフロントにタイ語で伝えてもらう。
しかし、レイ島から帰ってくると、見事に清掃されていた。お金は数えていなかったため、盗まれたかも不明。
またフロントが連携が取れていなかったと、言い訳。
もしも無くなってても、取った証拠、いくら持ってた等の証拠もないためどうしようもない。卑怯すぎる。
Wi-Fiも繋がらない。ルームサービスはちょっと遠くのレストランの人間がいちいち部屋まで注文を取りに来る。
そもそもビーチまで行くのにトラックにいちいち乗らなければいけない。

在這裏住了四個晚上
退房了 我來説一下感受 但是忘記拍照了
首先地理位置 去附近的海灘或者小鎮不是特別的方便 因為這個酒店在山中間的位置 但是他們有班車 不過班車有時間限制 超過晚上9點就要收費 溝通不太順利 酒店英文不好 我英文也不好 我八點四十就打電話給他們了 他們超過九點過來接 真是心累啊 不知道是聽不懂還是刻意的 電話裏都回答你10分鐘就來 最後都超過九點 最後退房就收了200泰銖班車費 之後都是叫攜程管家幫我聯繫酒店來接我們回酒店
再來説一下服務 微笑是一直看到的 但是我們第一天忘記給了小費 第二天很晚都不來打掃 後來還是我去前台叫的 他們不是每天換被套和床單 就給你翻過去繼續用
我來的時候帶了一條手鍊找不到了 國內淘寶買的 也不貴 但是莫名失蹤了 我記得我放在桌上的 酒店有小偷？
還有洗澡水 不能洗太久 時間長就後面變成冷水了 我們兩大兩小 沒辦法晚上全部洗澡 我是早上才洗澡的
還有這裏沒有護髮素 衹有洗髮水護髮素二合一 但是洗的頭髮很乾 感覺根本就沒有護髮素的功能 建議自備護髮素 四天下來頭髮太難受了 沐浴露這裏可以用用
梳子也是太脆弱了 梳了兩下居然斷了 連斷兩把
環境方面 我在枕頭上看到黃色污漬 被子上也看到類似於血一樣的污漬
房間裏有螞蟻 也許是一樓的原因 最多的就是衞生間 刷牙後杯子牙刷放水台上第二天看到很多螞蟻爬 所以我刷牙後衹能收起來
酒店房間挺大 陽台挺大 衞生間也挺大
當初訂這裏還有一方面也是看到了有水上樂園 結果這兩天正好維修不開放 不過最後兩天開放了
最後一天我們去通賽碼頭 酒店也沒免費的船接駁 説我們沒提早預約 自己出了200泰銖 我看到有別的旅客會講泰語的就免費了 太坑了
總體來説 皮皮島很美麗 但是這個酒店不建議住
整一個大無語
