Ulasan Van der Valk Hotel A4 Schiphol

La struttura è di pregio e i servizi "di lusso". Camera molto grande. Il personale insofferente: abbiamo provato a chiamarli una decina di volte perché avevamo bisogno di un taxi per raggiungere l'hotel, non hanno mai risposto. Una volta arrivati al check-in ci hanno risposto che sono molto impegnati e non possono rispondere al telefono. Contando che in reception erano presenti 8 persone in quel momento (ore 22) e nessun cliente in attesa o al banco, ci siamo sentiti presi in giro.

新裝修，很乾凈，離機場稍遠。 早餐很豐富，晚餐的餐食價格實惠，但味道一般。

Prachtig design het hele hotel. Vooral de toiletten. Erg mooie en comfortabele kamers en het ontbijt was geweldig

Loved the interior decor of my room, the halls, beautiful lobby. Loved being reminded I was in Holland, even if only for the night. Room was very clean and large. Transportation to/from airport a real bonus.

Stayed here for one night at the end of a family vacation and it was wonderful. The room was the largest we'd experienced compared to other hotels on our trip. And the bathroom was amazing: the tub and shower were separate, and tub was a huge jacuzzi tub. Fantastic for a relaxing night before our long flight home. Staff was very welcoming and responsive; however, calling from the room to the lobby was confusing. The #0 or other special buttons on the phone didn't work, so I had to get creative and google the hotel phone number to dial it directly. Transportation to the airport was prompt and efficient, in a comfortable coach bus. Great stay, will keep this in mind for our next visit.

It was not our first time but THE perfect place when traveling

We love the shuttle option was very convenient. We had to wait a bit to get checked in. The reception clerk was great! The room was a bit dated and smelled like moth balls. Bootle water in the room was not free, coffee and tea in the lobby was also not free.

This is designated as a “luxury hotel” but there were no furniture in the room other than one office chair, despite the room being oddly huge. There was no refrigerator, no ice bucket, and only one pillow per person, with no extras stashed in the armoire, as is custom. They even charge for the self serve coffee machine in the lobby, a simple gesture of hospitality expected from all hotels. That, in combination with all the other basic comforts the room lacked made the property feel pretentious, unwelcoming and overrated/overpriced.
