Ulasan Ashlee Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa

Akomodasinya kurang bersih, ada lift tua di sekitar gedung, tapi bagusnya banyak tempat makan di sekitar. Bisa jalan kaki ke Pantai Patong. Di lantai yang sama dengan pusat kebugaran, tidak ada yang bermain, sangat nyaman.

Awalnya ada masalah dengan kamar, tapi Trip.com mendapatkannya. Membantu memecahkan masalah kamar. sehingga memungkinkan untuk melihat layanan Staf hotel lebih baik.

That was a good experience to stay at this hotel. Will stay at in this hotel again.

Close to food street and patong beach .morning breakfast was pretty good . It includes spa as-well. Hope to visit again

The hotel is far away from the patong beach but the hotel room is quite nice.

The hotel is very loud. The motor bikes make very noisy, even in the night at 4am. We could not sleep, even the room was in an upper floor. It’s near the night market with many shops and restaurants. That’s nice. The floor of the lobby was dirty. We were waiting for checkin leaving our luggage in a room, hanging a paper with some numbers. After lunch arrived nobody checked the right numbers. So everyone could take our luggage. This is not secure. Dear stuff: if you give some numbers for a piece of luggage, for security purpose you have to check. We not recommend this hotel, because it’s so loud. All the Day and night long.

The hotel is very dirty , all the furniture are super old , and dirty and broken . I tried to ask refund but the hotel didn’t accept , they said that is ok . I’ll share all the pics , please don’t fall in this scam , the phone is die the room didn’t work as well , the socket in the bathroom didn’t work , and I had to use my phone as mirror in bedroom please DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL . I’ll share all the pics .

Room was too small and not like pictures

they have 4 building..and you need walk from receptionist to your room in another building

It wasn't a 4 star hotel as of my experience, it is a 1 or 2 star hotel for me. 1) The lobby hotel is very hot and it wasn't as nice as show in the photo. Very old external and interior environment. Lack of staff as well. 2) Found out AC wasn't working at 6pm, it didn't fix until midnight. 3) The hotel wasn't near to the beach, it take more than 15 mins walk to the beach 4) Building, Facilities, everything look very old 5) Room cleaning service is terrible, all towel wasn't change after room service. We still can see an obvious dirt after their service. When check out from the hotel, I heard the other customer complain about AC is not working, I have a huge doubt, is their AC always having problem???

My second time at Ashlee, the Hotel never disappointed at all.

Very good and very clean

Patong can be very (!) loud and busy, but this hotel is located in a way more quiet street, which is great. Staff at the desk was among the friendliest we have ever had. The rooms were solid good. Breakfast was okey but not great, not a lot to choose from. It is also close to many good restaurants and the night market and you can easily walk to the beach or the party streets.
