1) The doors in the rooms are purely symbolic. They are installed so incorrectly that you feel like you are sleeping on the street and you can hear everything. You can hear the birds at 5 am and all the staff who don't even try to speak more quietly. He rattles buckets and laughs. And if locals and their families come for a couple of days, you can forget about sleep. They scream as if they are the only ones in the whole world. 2) The sea at this hotel is the dirtiest in all of Mui Ne. You can't just go into the water. It’s such a disgusting feeling that you’re walking into a swamp. Dirt, garbage, muddy dirty water. We have been to other Mui Ne beaches and near this hotel it is the dirtiest. Because of this, we almost didn’t swim in the sea, it was just disgusting. 3) The hotel area is large and very well-groomed. That's all good stuff. Although even this is just for the picture. The palm trees are covered in coconuts, which constantly fall, which means walking under them is dangerous. Nobody knocks them down. 4) we were practically alone in the hotel and this is also a plus. As soon as people arrived one weekend, we immediately realized how impossible it was to just sleep here because of the bad doors. 5), the breakfast is simply terrible. We heroically tried to eat it for 2 days, then gave up on this idea. Moreover, breakfast time is from 7 to 9, as if in a children's camp. If you sleep until at least 10, which is logical at a resort, there is no breakfast 6) the restaurant does not serve anything except breakfast; it is closed during the day. And in general, they don’t sell anything on the hotel premises, although they could. The same juices or ice cream. They had to go to the store to get them. 7) the hotel is located in a very uncomfortable part of Mui Ne. And we, being here for the first time, thought that Vietnam was a slum. But after walking 3 km from the hotel we saw a tourist center, with normal hotels, shops, restaurants and a sidewalk. As a result, I had to master the bike and go there for a walk and eat. 8) due to the fact that the hotel is in a very bad location, it is always empty here, so the restaurant and spa will never work. To keep staff there, the hotel needs to be full. And it is empty almost at any time, because there are hotels with better territory, cleaner sea and more convenient location. That is, there is a choice. We ended up here by accident and will not repeat it again. 9) Wi-Fi did not work in the room for 5 days and everyone just shrugged their shoulders. I had to go to the pool. 10) housekeeping breaks into the room at exactly 9 am and does not understand either English or Russian. I had to poke the sign not to disturb her to make her go away. 11) Near the hotel there is a very poor selection of cafes and shops, because as I wrote above, it is located in some kind of not a resort, but rather a market part of the village. As a result, we went to the same place for breakfast, quite far from the hotel. 12) a travel agent sent us here when purchasing a tour. We didn't have the opportunity to move out. But we won’t get here a second time. Therefore, if you choose a hotel yourself, and especially if you are going to Mui Ne for the first time, do not choose it. It will seem to you that Mui Ne is a slum with a dirty sea and bad food. And you won’t even understand that 3 km from this disgusting place there is a wonderful tourist town called Mui Ne, which you would have seen if you had chosen another hotel. This hotel is doomed to close
