In March, while returning from Jaisalmer with my family, we were looking for a good place to have lunch. Our driver recommended a place in Phalodi called Lal Niwas. I couldn't find it online initially, but a search for "zone by the palace" yielded results. Upon arrival, the driver confirmed that this was indeed the place he had mentioned. We had lunch at the restaurant, which was bustling with a group of foreign tourists heading to Bikaner. While waiting for our meal, the reception manager, Raval, showed us the property. we had the opportunity to explore the premises. The rooms were spacious and exuded the charm of an old heritage haveli. The swimming pool area and bar were also impressive. The chef prepared a delicious lunch for us. The staff informed us that Phalodi is famous for Khichan, a place where migratory birds visit during the winter. We are now planning to return to Phalodi next winter to witness this spectacle.

Zone palace also known by Lal Niwas is very good Hotel in Phalodi. Little bit far 1.2 km from Railway station and bus stand Phalodi. Hotel is based on Heritage theme and very beautiful. All facilities like food, parking and kitchen is great....

Some of my family guest came from Delhi to attend a social function in our family. My Guest from Delhi have stayed at the most famous hotel brands, I was little worried about hotel arrangements for them at Phalodi. My friend suggested to book at Zone by the Palace Phalodi, earlier this hotel was known as “Lal Niwas”. It was a breath of fresh air, and the customer service was simply out of this world. The food was amazing, and the property was great. Simply thrilled with their guest service.

The accommodation exudes a perfect blend of heritage aesthetics and modern comfort. The Head Chef Neta Ram did a wonderful Job. Stepping into the hotel is like entering a time capsule that transports you to a grandeur of the past. Our family had a lovely lunch stop at this charming location en route from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur. Property manager, Amish Mathur spared no effort in making us comfortable and we enjoyed an organic, healthy and delicious meal. The property itself is beautifully restored, and we would have loved to have stayed there for a night, had we had the time.

Stay at Zone Palace, Phalodi was a great experience. I stayed there for almost a month for a work related visit. The old haveli's architecture casts a spell on you the moment you enter. The rooms are given a royal touch and the arches, aisles and courtyard of the hotel are picturesque. The rooms are well maintained and the Manager, Mr. Amish Mathur and Mr. Karan at front office are always available to address any needs even if it's a small issue. The staff is polite and receives you with a warm smile always. Mr. Netaram leads the kitchen and he specifically asks for what dish to prepare and you can alter the cuisine based on your taste. The kitchen staff was hospitable and we'll trained. The weather was also good when I visited Rajastan with light rains and moderate temperatures. The hotel is included with amenities like pool, bar, outdoor dining and a museum exhibiting Jain culture.
