Ulasan Sovotel Uptown 101

Saya dipindahkan ke tempat lain di dekatnya karena mereka memesan secara berlebihan. Kamar bagus dan bersih dengan fasilitas dasar. Tanpa embel-embel. Staf yang ramah. Kamar mandi bersih dengan tekanan air yang baik. Kamar di lantai tiga. Tidak ada lift/lift.

Lokasi bagus - dekat dengan banyak restoran/kafe/pusat perbelanjaan/ .... staf yang sangat ramah / sopan / membantu dan supervisornya profesional. Nilai untuk uang. Kamar Hebat

Tidak ada handuk, keset kamar mandi atau air mineral yang disediakan oleh hotel. Mereka hanya memberikan handuk dan keset kamar mandi setelah keluhan dibuat.

Tidak ada lift, dengan bagasi besar harap berpikir dengan baik. Kamar tanpa jendela, sirkulasi udara sangat buruk dan bau.

Fasilitasnya bagus. tidak ada cacat. Staf baik & sopan. Tetapi toilet perlu dibersihkan lebih banyak terutama di bawah mangkuk toilet dan ruang sempit lainnya.

It was a nice stay here. Unfortunately, the room is too small and not spacious for the family. The toilet is too small and there's not enough space to hang pur clothes and we are force to change our clothes outside the toilet and hopefully they will provide more selection of tv channel too. As they were just one channel in the tv.

At 1st I was assigned to 3rd floor but d door unable to open due to battery flat, was instructed to change room at 3rd floor also at other block…. With my leg pain I have to climb up and down …. I really hope the management do a proper maintenance to avoid such incidents. Further the room service only done every 2 days, at other hotel/inn they do daily with same rate

The family room consists of 2 double beds. Convenient as it is situated at uptown pj with a lot of restaurants and cafes around.

The room is dirty, not same with picture, the access card cannot be used, no hairdryer, need to carry 2 people luggage to second floor, The only thing can accept is the car parking. Overall is bad and strongly not recommend.

recommend if u looking for budget accommodation, generallyl acceptable

Very bad service I was come late for check in but the receptionist counter already close at 10pm.they should have staff incharge 24hours so the customer come late still can check in like other hotel. I need to check in other hotel because I can't check in the hotel that i already booked and paid!!!😡It waste my money!!!😡 Then the next days when i want to check in back they said the room already occupied by other customer. So annoyed when they transfer me to other hotel branch SO WASTE MY TIME!!! But i praise the room they given was nice and clean.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Easy to access to all highway and food also easy to locate.

The overall experience was ok, good location with a lot of shop and restaurant , also near starling mall quite convenient spot for us to stay. The only things is that is quite hard to find parking during the day time quite crowded.

The hotel not bad just that if lift is here it would be better.
