The view from the balcony was lovely. The location was central without being noisy. I found the bed to be awful. Two saggy mattresses with no firmness as old as anything. They managed to find me one firm one after 3 trips to reception (no working phones in the rooms). It must be the luck of the draw as others said how comfy the bed was!

Nice resort with a large spacious rooms and bathrooms that actually feature a bathtub. Located just off the main ring road at Lammai Beach, there are plenty of attractions nearby and lots of restaurants to pick and choose- something different every night! The pool has a warerfall feature and there is access to the beachfront through the restaurant. The staff are very helpful and can arrange tours, rental of scooters or laundry at your request. Will gladly stay here again.

If you are looking to stay in Lamai, this is a great place. The garden bungalows have a nice Thai feel to them. The beach is kept clean with a nice number of sunbeds available for use. There is a jetsky rental, so there is a little jetsky traffic in the water. I don't recommend the breakfast, but they do have some decent Thai options for lunch and dinner. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Even the resident dog is friendly.

Excellent Service. Beach villa was nice. Loved the beach towels and beach bag in the room, they were very useful. Great place, can’t say enough about the friendly service!

We have amazing vacation at this place. The bungalow was clean, personal were friendly! Next time I want to booking this hotel too.😀

This was our third time staying at the hotel. We always give excellent ratings. This time we were a little disappointed that the hotel did not take our wishes into account, despite the fact that we booked three months before the trip. Overall, we were pleased with the holiday. Breakfasts were good, there were enough sun loungers on the beach. The only thing that irritated us was the large number of dogs that jumped on the sun loungers, ran into the dining room, attacked a woman, driving her into the sea. The administration should pay attention to this.

Very nice experience at Lamai resort. The location on the beach is an asset, the large swimming pool is appreciable, the rooms are spacious, the catering is of good quality and the staff is professional, pleasant and attentive. The masseuses on the beach provide you with quality services. The value for money is great!

Checked in early, fast. The room is next to the reception and parking, but it was not noisy. One bed is normal, the other is huge. The mattresses are super, we slept great. There is a kettle, coffee, sugar, dishes, glasses in sterile bags, a desk, a refrigerator, a silent air conditioner, a TV, lots of hangers, shelves in the bathroom, umbrellas for the beach, shower gel, shampoo, a cap, cotton swabs. The floor is creaky, mosquitoes also bit all my legs. I recommend the hotel to treat the room or give a fumigator. There is a bag with beach towels, but if you do not get up at seven in the morning, you will not find free sun loungers. And the local dogs will not let you lie down, they will take the place, and will growl at other dogs. The staff drives them away, but it is weak. Next to the beach there is a jet ski rental, it periodically smells of gasoline. The territory itself is beautiful, lots of funny figurines
