Superb hotel in an excellent location - close to the railway station and the key landmarks. Staff were extremely friendly (especially Nadine on the front desk) and our room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely book this hotel again.

Room was smaller than expected as there were slants, whole building and rooms need upgrading as they are dated. Not too many veggie options for breakfast.

Very close to the train station and just a few minutes walk to the town centre.

7 stars of service. The front desk, in particular. Wishing you beautiful and sustainable business for many, many years to come ❤️

Nothing to complain about. Just quite dated.

If you are expecting a friendly and welcoming hotel. Stay away. Not offered any Hilton Honours benefit despite we had been Gold Member for years. Our request were never honour . Worst experience from a Hilton group of hotel.

離開景點步行距離，我們3個人住的很舒服，咖啡可以的，總算練了一場瑜伽，早餐還可以。酒店外景壯觀，夏天再來。

位置很好的酒點。火車站步行400多米酒到酒店。從酒店再步行400多米就到了莎先生故鄉的小鎮。酒店設施環境幽雅，前台服務員都是金髮美女，態度超好👍。

這家酒店各方面基本符合希爾頓標準，説幾個特別的地方：第一，位置便利，離火車站很近，步行可達，步行可達莎士比亞出生地那條街，有一家Morrison超市也很近；酒店四個方向都有行人可以進出的小門，google map可能不是很準確。第二，Junior Suite 其實就是一個大房間，沙發可以改成沙發床，沒什麼套間的感覺，但是沙發床挺大的。那個沙發的靠墊被工作人員鋪成沙發床的時候是被墊在地上的，如果進門以後要坐沙發，還是先拍打拍打吧，感覺不是特別乾淨。這家酒店不提供牙刷之類的，管前台要也沒有，需要自己準備。第三，前台服務人員，入住那天是位女服務員，服務較差，早餐地點和時間也沒有主動説，加床也遲遲沒有安排，從房間打電話半天也沒人接，我用手機從外線撥才匆忙接起來，告訴她我還以為是房間電話壞了。後來一天的男服務員服務就很熱情，告訴我們火車票的使用，還有去火車站便捷的小門，還有一位男服務員看我們有小朋友，還多給了幾瓶水和曲奇，所以還是信任希爾頓的服務的，衹是希望加強對所有員工的培訓
