Stayed 4 days in a hotel. The hotel is located nearby the biggest shopping mall in dadunhai area, which provides a big number of attractions inside, fine dining and shopping. Dadunhai beach is okay with well developed infrastructure. Breakfast is perfect with a huge amounts of dishes both European, Russian and Chinese cuisine.

TLDR: Had really high expectations when I booked this 5 diamond hotel, however the stay experience fell short from the expectations. The Good: + Was offered room upgrade to sea view room during checked in. + Interior and exterior design of the hotel is really sets a relaxing tone to the entire stay. + It was a nice touch having Bellboys to help us with luggage and open doors whenever we arrive at the hotel lobby + Staffs and cleaners greeted us was also a nice touch + Breakfast options are extensive (including fresh juice bar and daily special juice concoction) + Free hotel activities to do daily + Gym is well maintained and a good number of machines The Bad - (Presales) Didn’t appreciate the fact that the booking page didn’t state the hotel deposit amount (which is slightly more than 1 time the hotel room price) and was only mentioned during check-in. Prior the trip, I tried to ask about whether there’s any hotel deposit via Trip.com message to hotel function and there’s no reply at all. (I mean a 3 diamond star hotel I stayed previous replied… but a 5 diamond star hotel didn’t). - (Not controllable) Sadly, there’s construction going on and can see cranes and construction machinery hindering the view of the sea, as well as the noises. - There’s supposedly a butler assigned to each guest, but my butler only added me on WeChat several hours after checkin. Also, was asking the butler about one of the afternoon hotel was still going on as we reached the venue and there’s no one around. He said he will check and then no reply for 20mins before I messaged him to inform that we won’t be waiting anymore. Didn’t appreciate that there’s no follow up. - The shower control knob will suddenly fall off at certain angle which can be rather dangerous given that it has quite a weight to it. - The bathtub’s shower head keeps leaking when we turned the other tap on to fill the bathtub, and we had to put the shower head into the bathtub to prevent flooding. All in all, it fell short on expectations in terms of the service compared to the service my partner and I had experienced in a 3 diamond star hotel at a fraction of this hotel’s price. Nonetheless, it is really a gorgeous place to stay in. Tastefully decorated and smell really great. Most of the staffs are friendly.

In terms of location, it was a bit far from the tourist area and the Beach, but it was the most comfortable hotel we've ever been to. It seemed ideal to come with family and friends. The dining area and other services are a bit far, but the rest of the services can be said to be perfect. So don't worry, come here!

The environment is super good. There is a short passage leading to the Atlantis Hotel and the amusement park, and it shares a beach with the hotel. The store has good service, replies to messages quickly, and upgraded the room. The balcony of the room is a beautiful view of the sea and sky. There are Hainan delicacies coconut 🥥 chicken and dregs vinegar nearby. I came here to eat a Wenchang chicken every day, which is really not delicious enough. I also have to try the dregs vinegar. I recommend the mandarin duck pot. The dregs vinegar seafood in the Atlantis amusement park is recommended to add one. The hotel butler service is meticulous, the room facilities are complete, you can cook, the indoor and outdoor environment is first-class, and even the air is moist. It is very close to the duty-free shop and Wuzhizhou Island, and it is convenient for travel. Staying for five days and four nights in a row was an unforgettable and happy trip. I will come here again next time🥰🥰

The store owner's service attitude is great. He will call in advance to say that there is a car to pick up at the village entrance, help with luggage, and provide free tools for catching seafood. The key point is that mineral water is unlimited, which is really great! The room is clean and tidy, and the view is also very good. I strongly recommend that families save some money and move to a sea view room. The view is first-class, the experience is completely different, and there is also a super large projector. The driver came to pick us up to the hotel at around 2 a.m. Although it was night, the facilities made it feel like a very romantic hotel. The room is open, spacious and bright. Outside the large glass window, the clear water of the swimming pool reflects the blue sky and white clouds, which makes people feel relaxed just by looking at it. I would like to focus on the breakfast here, which is delicious, thoughtful, and luxurious. A bowl of noodles is served with a variety of seafood, including abalone, prawns and squid, all of which are of high quality and delicious. Give the hotel a big thumbs up! The hotel staff were also very welcoming and added a lot of beauty to our travel experience! Thanks to all the staff of the hotel. I am very satisfied with your service and I like your hotel. The serviced apartment is pretty good. The view from the main balcony is great. There is also a swimming pool downstairs. The kids like it very much. It is very close to Atlantis. There are washing machines and refrigerators, which is very convenient. I will choose this place again if I go there next time.

This hotel was perfect. A 10 minute taxi from Yalong Bay and a 10 minute taxi from the forest. We had a 4 night stay. There is a night market a 3 minute walk from the hotel which we spend most evenings trying Hainan delicacies. The hotel room is spacious with a nice shower, and pool which is actually open earlier and later than what was said on trip.com. Aircon worked very well, staff kept the room clean for us. Easy to deliver food to room. An unforgettable stay and experience in Sanya. Thank you ❤️

I couldn't find it when I checked in, but the handsome guy in the store came out to pick me up. The store also helped with the luggage. They were warm and polite. I stayed in the newly renovated building. I wanted to extend my stay but the room was already booked. I will definitely book a few more days next time. The homestay also has its own private chef. I bought seafood at the market and the private chef processed it. The taste was super good. It was delicious 🤩. I will definitely stay a few more days at his home next time. Recommended
