Regret I haven’t booked Atlantis for the entire stay to be honest. It was 100 dollars more expensive than Crown Plaza, but boy it ended up being a great value for money! First, plenty of things to do for the entire family with aqua park, aquarium, kids adventures and swimming pools for adults. Second, cinema and aqua show kind of like cirque du soleil style. Third, access to imperial lounge made all the difference- was able to chill there and drinks and food are free. So ended up saving massively on food. Actually Atlantis was cheaper than Crown Plaza after all food costs added in. Fourth, personal butler service. Communicated via WeChat easily and answered all my questions instantly. Shout out to Marina doing a great job! Enough staff speaking both English and Russian. And all signs in the hotel in 3 languages - Chinese, Russian, English. Crown Plaza was not foreigners friendly at all. Eric was the only guy who spoke decent English there. Room service and other services were 100% Chinese. Good I speak basic Mandarin, otherwise would have been tough. The only disappointment was really closed pools for adults which made me purchase a cabana to be able to enjoy pool access in private and without much loud screams from kids etc. But was not such a big disappointment! I would stay here exclusively next time. Totally worth the money!

EXCELLENT ROOM, EXCELLENT SERVICES, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! It’s one of the greatest experience ever! The chefs, the staff and the services were impeccable! We were frequent travellers and we were in awe by the scale of the hotel, the landscape, the design to details, we had one of the best stay ever! Kudos to executive chef Markus and chef Made of Babacoa, they provide us with extra care and hospitality! We were so blessed to know them! U have direct access to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from! We didn’t even leave to anywhere except to the duty free centre which is only 5 mins away. We love it so much!

On the birthday, they provided perfect service with flowers, gifts, cake, and what I loved most was this cute Q-style family portrait hard-drawn by Dora❤️❤️. Absolutely amazing experience at the MO! From the moment you arrive (and before even, when I called ahead,) the level of service is nothing short of excellent! Every single member of staff is polite, helpful, kind and really goes above and beyond! I had everything I needed and more, and at every step I was made to feel welcome. A few absolute shining lights: Alex at check in who was kind enough to upgrade my room to an Ocean View King, Nicky, Chloe and Ryan at the Sunset Bar were absolutely wonderful - and my poolside dining experience was beyond incredible! Caroline at Fresh (superb dining with the best view) Nick and Dennis at the pool bringing water, snacks and being very patient with my requests for the umbrella to be put up and down. Sunny at breakfast for a very warm welcome. Honestly - I’ve never had an experience like this - the attention to detail, the care, the kindness were just all excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and all amenities are provided for. The fruit plate was replenished and was so thoughtfully and beautifully presented. There are three pools to choose from, all idyllic. I ate at Fresh and the Sunset Bar, and both were amazing. The cocktails at the Sunset Bar are sublime! The breakfast is divine - definitely something for everyone: there are so many choices! The only slightly disappointing part was that swimming in the sea isn’t really encouraged. It’s very rocky and full of coral so not really a pleasant walk either, but the view is lovely. I visited after staying in Yalong Bay, and I will say it was nice to be in a quieter location. I will never forget this stay, and am looking forward to visiting again! Thank you, thank you to everyone at MOSAN!

3 nights stay with my family , it’s an amazing hotel . I would go highly recommend for those going to Sanya for holiday with family. You don’t have to worry about your kids doesn’t have nice food or entertainment . These hotel facilities are well maintained . Overall experience very great . Definitely I will be going back there with my family again. Specially thanks to Jessica and Grace as they very helpful and taking care on our daily arrangement . Again, thank you to both of you .

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Initially, I was skeptical about visiting China due to some negative hotel reviews I had read. However, this trip completely changed my perspective. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Chelsey Yang was incredibly attentive when my daughter had a splinter in her foot, providing medical care right at the breakfast buffet. My daughter was in so much pain that she wouldn't let me near her, but Chelsey managed to calm her down and treat her effectively. Our butler, Fiona, was always responsive to our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The photographer captured beautiful photos of our family, creating memories we will cherish forever. The room was immaculate, and with only 200 units at the resort, we enjoyed the beach and restaurants almost entirely to ourselves. The privacy and lack of crowds were a significant plus for us. The kids had a fantastic time at Club Hyatt, participating in various activities such as oil painting, soap making, clay modeling, crab catching, tent making with coconut leaves, and even climbing coconut trees. This allowed us to have much-needed time to ourselves, knowing our children were well taken care of and entertained. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with this resort. The excellent service, clean facilities, and engaging activities for kids made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation in China.

St Regis hotel provides perfect service and your individual manager would help to arrange all according to your needs. I was very happy to discover that hotel offers complimentary yoga and Pilates reformes mini group classes every day for all in-house guests. You can also schedule your own private or group class for extra payment. There are a lot of activities for kids. I also like hotels spa. As for recommendation, I can suggest to offer the mattress for sunbathing bunches coz it’s not that comfortable to lay down just on the towels

Overall this time at the Rosewood Sanya was truly exceptional. As an avid admirer of the Rosewood brand, I was delighted to stay in one of their pool rooms. The attentive service of our butler, Nanncy, both during our stay and with her pre-arrival communications, was incredibly heartwarming. The breakfast spread was abundant and indulgent, while the infinity pool offered breathtaking views. However, the only minor drawback was the excessive softness of the bed. Nonetheless, I've already arranged with Nanncy to ensure firmer bedding arrangements upon my next visit. A truly memorable experience encapsulated in just a few words.

Always the best experience with JW MARRIOTT well management. We Had a great holiday here. Last year we stay here 10 days because of covid control. Hope it will never happen again. But anyway we are back here, i think the service is the best in HaiTANG wan.

It was a third time staying in Capella. This time with kids and it was great! It’s definitely the best hotel in the Sanya. We have a special requests for baby’s food and baby’s arrangements in the room, stuff was very helpful and nice. Special thanks to culturist manager Andrei, he was doing all the arrangements for us from check in to check out, was replying immediately on the messages. High end service. We definitely gonna come back
