We have a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurant and transportation . The hotel is located next to Changsha railway station.  All the receptionist are very friendly and attentive..  They even upgraded my room during my check-in.  Special thanks to receptionist No. 6 and 9 who have assisted me during my stay. Overall, we have a pleasant day in the hotel and will come back again..

Lovely big room and everything seems very new. Not overly happy with the smell of cigarette in the room but this seems quite common in Chinese hotels. Even the 5 stars international chains. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. My only problem is that the hotel is really not easy to find. While the hotel is all done and operational, the building it’s in appears to be still under construction (ground floor was a building site and lift was all boarded up). Unless you can read Chinese and you know where you’re going, it really isn’t obvious to find.

There are three or four Cha Yan Yue Se restaurants downstairs😹 IFS is just across the road, which is very convenient! It is pet-friendly as it is said to be, and is very friendly to small dogs, not disgusted at all🐶The only drawback is that it is too downtown, and it is not easy to park around, so it is not very convenient to drive by yourself. Everything else is perfect😍I will stay here again if I have the chance next time👍

The hotel is very good overall, with a high cost-effectiveness ratio. The room is quite spacious, and all have large French windows. It is clean and bright. The bathrooms are separated into dry and wet areas. I highly recommend it. The girl and guy at the front desk are very enthusiastic. If you come here for tourism, you can choose their hotel. There is a subway station downstairs.
