Hotel pemandangan pegunungan di Changsha

We stayed at this hotel during a family trip. There were seven of us, and we booked three rooms. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Before our arrival, they kindly helped us receive and store parcels. I also contacted them several times on WeChat before the trip for assistance and inquiries, and they were always responsive and accommodating. We checked in very late at night, but the front desk staff were still patient and welcoming, without any sign of inconvenience. The lady who prepared breakfast was also very kind. One of our family members is vegetarian, and she was flexible enough to adjust the noodle soup so that the vegetarian guest could enjoy breakfast as well, which we really appreciated. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro station, but aside from that, everything was very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and if we have the chance to come back, we would definitely consider staying here again.

車位：酒店門口車位不多，可以停馬路對面。 點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。 位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。 總體：服務很好，

We stayed two nights at the Grand Hyatt Changsha in a spacious deluxe king room with a sofa bed on Level 57, offering half river view and half city view. Unfortunately, the weather was foggy during our stay, so the scenery was hidden. The location is fantastic — Hisense Plaza (with Wenheyou) is right next door, and popular attractions like Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Du Fu Pavilion are all within a few minutes’ walk. Front desk service could have been more responsive when I tried to book an extra room for my sister on the first day. The front desk staff told me that the walk-in rate would only be available between 9–10am the next day. She took down my phone number and promised to call me back, but I didn’t receive the call until after 2pm the next day. Luckily I had reserved online in advance.  The true highlight was the housekeeping team — always smiling,warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They prepared children’s slippers and a toothbrush for my child, provided extra bottled water without being asked, and even left us a handwritten note saying they had discarded our unfinished cold tea and coffee and cleaned the cups for safe use. These small touches made our stay very comfortable and memorable, despite the foggy weather.

**5-Star Review for an Amazing Changsha Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Our visit was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the **park-like environment that made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. The lush greenery and serene atmosphere were perfect for unwinding. My parents are elderly, and the free transfer cart service was incredibly handy! A special shout-out to receptionist,leyi, Shi xia, Xiao Dong and everyone who took great care of us, explaining how to get around Changsha and ensuring we had everything we needed. The kindness and attentiveness made our trip so much smoother. All our requests were promptly cared for and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also visited the Chairman Mao Museum which was free and explained in great detail such an insightful and memorable experience! And let’s not forget the food—delicious and cheap!We enjoyed every meal, from local street snacks tofu to restaurant dishes, all bursting with flavor at unbeatable. highly recommended for families, especially those with elderly members. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!
