Saat booking, itu saat Songkran. Nama tersebut tidak muncul di sistem reservasi, tetapi karyawan tersebut tidak dapat mengingat namanya. Dia adalah petugas GSA dari hotel (bekerja pada shift yang sama dengan petugas GSA yang tinggi) yang menawarkan untuk meningkatkan ruang akses kolam renang awalnya dia mengira akan ditolak karena ruangannya penuh. Saya mendengar pegawai wanita yang saat itu sedang berbicara dengan orang Tionghoa mengatakan bahwa ruangannya penuh. Lalu dia menatap kami dengan ekspresi tidak menyambut tamu. Tetapi lelaki yang lebih tua itu tenang dan berbicara kepada kami dengan sangat baik. Saya terkesan. Laki-laki yang lebih tinggi keluar dan membawakan kami kupon sarapan karena dia lupa bahwa kami sudah memesan sarapan. Saya terkesan karena saya tidak perlu menelepon atau keluar dan mengambilnya sendiri. Setiap tingkat layanan sangat mengesankan. Ruangan itu sangat nyaman. Tapi itu tidak menghasilkan banyak suara. Kolam renang tutup pukul 10 malam. Tapi saya mendengar sekelompok orang Tionghoa bermain air sampai hampir jam 11 malam. Secara keseluruhan, itu dianggap gambaran keseluruhan yang bagus. Jika ada pengakuan depan untuk karyawan, saya ingin memberikan pujian kepada dua orang GSA yang memberikan pelayanan prima dan berbicara dengan ekspresi wajah yang baik. (menginap pada 13 April Check-in jam 2 siang)

👌🏻💯 Really clean. Conveniently have a 7 eleven located below the hotel. Feel free to walk to Terminal 21 if you’re looking to clock your steps. 👌🏻💯 Bathtub was great. Temperature of the water was extremely easy to control. Toilet bowl and bidet was working well. Towel is of good quality. 👌🏻💯 Bed was really comfortable. Requested for extra pillows and they were willing to provide which made my sleep even more snuggly. 👌🏻💯 Excellent service from cleaner lady. Always greeted with a smile by her everyday which really started my day right. 👌🏻💯 Free parking provided by the hotel at the basement. 👌🏻💯 The vibe at night is great, recommend to dine in at the restaurant in the hotel. Great music and lighting. 👎🏼 Booked a 3D2N, then added another night. Told the reception to add the stay into the key card but to no avail. Went back to the room late at night to find out the card was not extended to 4D3N and had to proceed back down to receive access again, but the process was quick. 👎🏼 Wished the wifi in the room was strong. Could not receive signal on the bed and sometimes could not hold the wifi. 👎🏼 Love the rain shower, but the design of the toilet was not the best. Water leaks out of the shower into the dry toilet area. Ps. I’m usually quite particular with the toilets in hotels hence the review but even though the negative pointers were listed above, I enjoyed my stay overall and am really grateful for the services provided by the hotel. 😁

They serve not bad, no issue, I read people 's review,they complain about it, I don't see any happen. In room look ok and too big room. Good enough For breakfast ok but sad no cappuccino,it is ok

Good hospitality by reception, nice room, enough car parking area, can walk to Terminal21

Hotel is definitely a little ways from the action which I prefer. But definitely worthwhile I love booking the pool side room with temps high now it definitely make it flexible to take a dip and slide right in your room. This will be my go to hotel if the pool rooms are available. Overall wroth 5+++

The hotel it's self was great we had a room with pool access but was very close to the road and made it very noisy also the hotel is very busy solot of guests would arrive lite at night and a lot of them early in the morning so there was noise all hours from up above

i drive a car but there is always traffic jam outside the hotel during the day time. parking available and overall is satisfactory.

Very disappointed as advertised as 5 star we thought we were getting a good deal looks lovely from outside and reception looks very nice but rooms not clean every where dusty under the bed a disgrace bathroom tap broken and loose sink plug broken had to use knife to lift plug to let water drain away asked for room to be cleaned especially under bed but not done till next day and had to show cleaner and move bed ourselves for her to clean no safes in rooms no hand towels left out.we were in rooms 601 602 then moved to 701 702 without any notice just a tap at door and move now lifts were dusty dirty with plasterboard as workers using them for materials for work getting carried out .definitely would not recommend as 5 star a possible 2 as needs a good clean sorry Le Bali but you need to up your game as we wouldn't stay again

Great hotel wonderful, modern and clean. Beautifully decorated. But the staff are so rude. OH my gosh give them more training in hospitality.
