They accept deposit only by cash.I had drove from Bkk. for 2:30 hrs. and have to go withdrawal money for deposit😅 no bank transfer.After got a key n waiting elevator the staff ask to change room b cz the room she had gave a key not ready yet. Right elevator door cnt close. The light in room cnt turn on. The floor sticky. I got only 1 bottle of drinking water. Wifi available only at lobby.My room no have air con remote control😅 I told the staff n she said will gave me but I didn't get it555 The zink had water leaking.Shower holder had broken etc. But room is big and have queen bed n single bed in room. Oo I had ask to borrow spoon n fork but staff said no have so I try to use straw to eat my food. I won't come bk or pass here again.

The hotel lacks power backups for rooms. Due to which me and my family suffered for 2 hours during midnight till 1:30pm.

Very much like American style. staffs rather to speak English than Thai, acting like American. They don’t care about people, or if the room is ready or not. Only care about check-in time, and working like a robot. Not interesting place since I’m from America 😂. I like Thai style, different style. That’s why I’m traveling all over the world.

This is the third time I stayed here. Cheap and very good services. Room is clean and calm. The hotel is very safe with security guards and not far away from shops. Staff are friendly and they can speak English very well. Highly recommended for all!!!

Friendly staff, the hotel is in a quiet street of Pattaya both not too far and far enough from the night life. The staff is friendly but the amenities and rooms are quite old, which explains the cheap price.

Bathroom must be cleaner. I was upgraded due to not very clean bathroom. Upgraded room was better but bathroom needed a better touch.

It was a good experience. The room provided is large. The staff are friendly.

Overall Good as 3/5 but great for budget in Pattaya
