So we already paid more than 7,000 yuan for this hotel without staying in it, and then booked another hotel for more than 10,000 yuan. In the end, no justice was obtained After being scolded, I still have to leave with my luggage and children. There is no guarantee at all. Later we went to another hotel that was completely different. It was also a Villa. Why was there not even an insect? And the politeness is also very good. This is the only complaint I have made in eight years of booking more than 100 hotel rooms on Trip.com. I am so disappointed that I will never book a hotel room here again.
