The best breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. There is everything and good quality.

I booked this hotel for my sister and she was disappointed with them. They charged her 22.00 for two towels and a sheet so she got 18.00 out of her 50.00 deposit. That is just ridiculous

Very simple place keep to yourself and be direct with the staff about anything you need help with cuz they aren't the easiest folks to get to do things for you

We had 2 nights to stay. We were not able to use the first night. On Saturday we went and the lock to the door at the top of the door was missing a screw which made the lock not too secure and there was a hole in the wall on the bathroom, there was a hole in our comforter and when you showered the faucet in the tub would run and I almost burned my leg since the water at the bottom comes out a lot hotter than the shower. The tub had a slow drain as well. The ceiling paint was literally coming off. There were 2 chairs in the room, the desk chair had duct tape on it and the regular chair to sit was faded, ripped and stained. It looked like I would catch an STD or something from sitting on it. The phone in the room didn't work at all. The hotel looks a little run down. I didn't take too many pictures. I was not sure if I was going to even mention it. The staff were very nice. The front desk lady was nice as well.

the room was shabby, shabbiest I think I've ever seen. The staff was definitely the most surly and unpleasant I've experienced in much travel.

The room we were given was dirty, coffee on the wall by the coffee maker, bathroom tub and surrounding area dirty, grime on the walls, blood and stains on the bed sheets, some plugs didn’t work, chair for sitting stained and ripped. Mini fridge rusted and smelly. Floors not clean, socks were filthy from it.

Disgusting! Bath tub clogged up, mini fridge rusted out, making all kinds of noise, rude staff, etc. Never stay on a Ramada, ever again!

I like the property layout and rooms are spacious enough

213 door to room cracked and breaking down. Bathroom door coming off hinges and doesn’t close or open without lifting up on the door.

I loved the hospitality by all the staff members. From morning to evening, font desk to dining area , they were all very welcoming and nice, smiling, ready to help. I enjoyed the poolside view from the room and the cleanliness of room. The free hot breakfast was great too and helped me save money for my trip. I’m very thankful for that experience. I needed a win.

The main problem (and it's not Ramada's fault) is that GPS couldn't find it (and I did try WAZE and other systems). First it guided me someplace else. Then it kept making me drive back and forth over and over. It would have been helpful if other nearby businesses had their street numbers visible (it was night), but no. When I finally found the hotel and pulled into the parking lot, GPS kept repeating "return to the route." Otherwise, the Ramada was okay. Cheap. The other guests were a motley crew, and pretty noisy.

The floor was dirty in our room (vinyl). My husband's feet were dirty after walking in room w\o slippers.
