Hotel dengan Parkir Gratis di Kota Makati

Kamar hotelnya sangat nyaman dan bersih! Staf hotel sangat sopan dan layanannya sangat baik! Satu-satunya ketidakpuasan adalah saat makan pagi, pelayanan staf restoran agak kacau. Pada hari pertama makan, staf restoran mengatur tempat duduk untuk kami dan meminta kami mengambil makanan terlebih dahulu karena harus membersihkan meja makan. Namun, ketika saya kembali dengan membawa makanan, saya menekan Saat saya sedang mengantre di meja makan, sepertinya pelanggan lain sedang menggunakannya, dan saya bahkan tidak tahu harus pergi ke mana dengan makanan di tangan saya! Itu sangat mempengaruhi mood saya dan membuat saya merasa sangat malu! Pada akhirnya, staf mengatur kursi lain untuk kami, tetapi itu mempengaruhi suasana makan saya😑

Ini adalah kedua kalinya saya menginap di *****anjung Manila. Saya telah berada di sini sekali dalam 18 tahun dan kamarnya telah direnovasi, tetapi tidak banyak yang berubah. Pelayanan front desk masih efisien dan ramah. Kualitas sarapannya juga cukup baik, tetapi makanan Barat banyak dan Cina sangat sedikit. Anehnya, pelayanan di foyer yang dulu mengesankan itu dengan harga yang murah. Setelah mobil kami sampai, banyak porter yang ada di sana, tapi tidak ada yang membantu kami menarik pintu atau bagasi topi besar di pintu. Oke, tapi sekarang orangnya sudah berubah, saya hanya berbicara sendiri dan tidak membukakan pintu untuk tamu. Kemudian, petugas keamanan membantu kami membawa barang bawaan kami. Masalah pelayanan yang sama juga terjadi pada wanita muda yang duduk saat sarapan. Hotel profesional, tirai anti tembus pandang dibuat seperti ini, sayang! ! !

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Lokasi yang bagus di jantung kota Makati. Dikelilingi oleh banyak kafe dan restoran. Staf yang ramah. AC yang bagus dan air panas yang cukup di kamar mandi. Tekanan airnya bagus. Tempat tidur yang nyaman dengan bantal yang nyaman. Sebagai saran, akan lebih baik jika ada minibar dan kursi untuk duduk di kamar. Setidaknya yang bisa dilipat. Tidak ada keset kamar mandi atau jenis keset apa pun di kamar yang sangat merepotkan setelah mandi. Selain itu, saya sangat senang menginap di hotel ini. Direkomendasikan

Bisa saja memberikan lebih banyak handuk terutama bagi mereka yang menginap selama beberapa hari. Namun, mereka langsung menanggapi permintaan.

It's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly

The receptionists were very nice and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the bunk beds didn’t have curtains or any kind of cover for privacy. I had to hang the blanket to create some separation and used my own blanket to sleep. One of the guests (an Indian visitor) was quite noisy during the night, and the door kept making strange noises whenever people came and went. While the staff was great, the sleeping experience wasn’t very comfortable.
