If you prefer a more traditional, intimate lodging experience over a massive, sterile high-rise, this place is an absolute gem.Flawless Ground Floor ConvenienceOne of the absolute highlights of my stay was my room assignment on the ground floor. It completely eliminated the need for elevators or hauling my heavy luggage up flights of stairs. I could simply walk right in from a day of exploring and be straight in my room within seconds. It made coming and going incredibly efficient and stress-free.Traditional Charm and High Security Instead of the standard electronic card readers that constantly malfunction, the property uses traditional, physical keys. It gave the stay a wonderful, classic bed-and-breakfast charm while making me feel incredibly secure. The locks were sturdy, the property felt tightly monitored, and the staff was always visible and keeping an eye on the premises, which gave me immense peace of mind as a solo guest.The Room: A Perfect Personal Sanctuary My ground-floor room was a wonderfully designed oasis. It was immaculately clean, quiet, and perfectly sized for a solo traveler. Despite being on the lower level, it was exceptionally well-soundproofed against outside noise, allowing for a fantastic night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was lightning-fast for planning my daily itineraries, and the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure. Warm Hospitality and Prime LocationThe staff here truly makes the experience. Without the barrier of a massive lobby, the service felt incredibly personal and warm. They greeted me by name, gave me fantastic local recommendations for solo dining, and always made sure I felt looked after. Plus, the hotel is situated in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood, putting local cafes, transit, and main attractions just a short walk away.The VerdictThis property proves that you do not need flashy high-tech gadgets or massive high-rises to provide a world-class stay. The effortless ground-floor access, secure key entry, and deeply personal hospitality made this the perfect base for my solo adventure. I will definitely be back!

The rooms are nice, but there are too many bugs That’s why the rooms need better cleaning and regular pest control

Cheap stay in Makati where there's no soap, no tissue paper provided in the washrooms. Some long-term guests occupy the dormitories like they own the whole place with their personal stuff cluttered around. With the same price, you can find better alternatives in Pasay or Manila area. Poor customer service since when I tried to cancel my stay and asked for refund, they remained unreachable for days.

housekeeping terrible, No hand-washing, No Sop, No drinking water, No Wi-Fi. It’s a horrible hotel.

The place is ok but roommates doesnt care if other guests are sleeping. They answer and makes call anytime. You can hear people in the other rooms too. Upper bed is dusty, toilets are smelly but you will get what you paid. This place is verygood if you have low budget while doing papers or applying job around Makati and Pasay.

The place is nice and affordable but walang regular cleaning sa mga amenities. Pati sa CR but it’s okay for a budget friendly place.
