Had a great stay at Andu hotel, the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. There’s many places to eat nearby and the staff are very helpful

Overall the hotel is in a good location, just opposite the tourist area - Pingjiang Road. It was a pity that the hotel driveway was having works as it made taking of didi really tough with the heavy traffic around. It was wonderful that they provide a laundry room that is FOC, but we met terrible hotel guests who removed my family clothes from both washer and dryer when they were still wet. More consideration into how such acts could be prevented could be in place. Hotel breakfast and gym were both basic. Special mention to Front Desk Officer Amanda (on duty on evening of 28 Dec) whose service was excellent.

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

As always the Mercure hotel is such a wonderful hotel to stay at. I have visited the hotel a few times and I always have a wonderful stay. Staff are so friendly. The breakfast is great and much enjoyable. Rooms are warm and the lighting is great when it is time to get ready.

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Hotel Shilu Shantang Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the free laundry service provided, which added great convenience. The overall environment of the hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. While there were moments when the wait for the elevator was a bit longer than expected, it did not affect my enjoyment of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and cozy atmosphere. 我在苏州石路山塘街美居酒店的入住体验非常愉快。酒店的工作人员非常友好热情，总是面带微笑，随时准备提供帮助。让我印象深刻的是酒店还提供免费的洗衣服务，非常方便。 整体环境干净、现代又舒适，是一天外出后放松身心的好地方。虽然有时候等电梯的时间稍微长了一点，但并没有影响我在这里的入住心情。 总体来说，我非常推荐这家酒店，无论是出色的服务、贴心的设施还是舒适的氛围都让人满意。如果有机会，我一定会再次入住。

I've booked two nights of family size apartment (which is really spacious and impressive with its views). Unfortunately, I had a fly in the ointment after the first night there. Receptionist called me at 2 o'clock and informed me, that it's time to check out. I was slightly puzzled and went downstairs to the lobby right after the call. They told me again about checking out, so I showed them my booking information, they also seemed confused and concerned. Fortunately, they solved this issue, but I'd say it's my first time to face such ridiculous issue, although they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. I hope they'll improve their service and booking system.

this has to be my longest review on Trip as this hotel & the entire vibes is really good for our 3 nights!! super comfy room, clean, toilet is really nice & clean too. it has a laundry room w a dryer as well. there was construction right outside the hotel, but its usually during the time when we were out of our room so it didn’t really matter to us. also, the location is superb, right next to a shopping/food street & near to the metro so its easily accessible. special mention to the staff of the hotel, they were super friendly & helpful!! the stay was enjoyable mostly thanks to them 😆 i think it was the owner (?) who was really enthusiastic in welcoming us & one of the 小哥哥 even helped us with the luggages 😆 also, the 小姐姐 answered our questions & gave recommendations for what’s to eat around. 想谢谢客栈的员工们 他们都太热情太友善了哈哈哈以后来苏州玩一定会再回来住的～

Got free upgrade and love the room with huge window. Super clean and comfortable. Great amenities and there is guest laundry room. Room service/ attendant at level 8 is excellent. Front desk ladies are friendly too.

Extremely friendly staff, make us feel at home, located in the center of （观前街）walking street. Breakfast has good selections. Supper clean, We are very happy with our choice of this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here! If you're interested in sight seeing in Suzhou, you can't beat the location. It's in a very beautiful area, right in the Gusu district. I think it's very conveniently located if you're interested in seeing a lot of the historical parts of Suzhou. It's within walking distance to Humble Administrator's garden, Beisita temple, and Suzhou museum (protip: tickets to Suzhou museum are free, but you need to book at least a few weeks in advance). Also within walking distance to the Beisita railway station if you want to go to other places in Suzhou. Also right across the street is an excellent noodle restaurant! Hotel was clean, rooms were pretty comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were even some items I forgot to bring from home that the front desk helped me find. Though, I would recommend learning some basic Chinese phrases, or maybe using a translator app if you don't know how to speak Chinese.
