Wonderful hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Parking garage was big but could use signage! The hot pools were refreshing. Lots of cozy areas to sit and relax- perfect for a couples retreat. Would have enjoyed a coffee and water station, and a spot to grab a muffin or fruit. Aside from that, zero complaints here! We’ll be back.

A lovely restful retreat. Great location and bus service. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Clean and very nice toiletries, lovely friendly restaurant great menu and gd pricing , great jacuzzi and good area for walking.

We had an incredible stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort in Banff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals. The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes. What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort. I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Hotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease. More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor. This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!

Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat kota, tetapi masih bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki jadi tidak masalah. Agak berisik karena ada sekelompok mahasiswa yang menginap di sana, tetapi kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Saya bisa menitipkan barang bawaan saya di sana sebelum check-in, sehingga memudahkan saya untuk keluar.

Excellent location in Banff! Near stores and restaurants with awesome views around. Very friendly staff too. The room itself was quite clean except that as soon as we entered, there were flies including fruit flies… Other than that, the room was big and warm. It had a keep safe too. The washroom was quite small, it was hard to close the door but it worked out.

Suite itu bersih, tetapi memang sudah agak ketinggalan zaman. Satu kekurangannya adalah TV-nya. Saya tahu Anda tidak pergi ke Banff untuk duduk dan menonton TV, tetapi akan lebih baik jika mereka memperbarui TV-nya menjadi smart TV. Jika Anda bepergian dengan anak-anak, saya sarankan membawa Fire Stick atau Chromecast. Bahkan kabel HDMI untuk menghubungkan laptop pun bisa digunakan, tetapi pastikan Anda mengunduh film terlebih dahulu karena Wi-Fi di area kami cukup tidak stabil dan anak-anak sering kehilangan koneksi. Staf resepsionis sangat fantastis. Ramah, membantu, dan efisien. Mereka memudahkan parkir, menyediakan tiket bus, dan menjelaskan informasi lokal tanpa kami harus banyak bertanya. Kami akan menginap di sini lagi, dan lain kali kami pasti akan membawa sesuatu untuk TV agar kami bisa menonton film santai setelah seharian beraktivitas.
