My wife and I were booked for a stay here last weekend. On the day we were to fly there, my wife woke up with a fever and tested positive for Covid. While our flights, rental car, and lift tickets were all refunded promptly, this hotel (booked through ***********), after requesting proof of covid test and doctor's note, would only refund 11% of the booking. It was a huge disappointment not to come to Park City, but we did the right thing by not exposing other travelers and the Sundial lodge's guests and staff to Covid. Having $2000 not refunded when we were doing the right thing added insult to injury. If we had canceled for our convenience or even some other circumstance other than preventing further infection I would understand, but I am disgusted that they would not provide a refund.
