Ulasan Hotel Park Lane Paris

Poor service, the integrity level of the staff needs to be improved. Management chaos. After I clearly asked the staff to help me check and keep my lost items, The staff not only impatiently replied on the phone, but also did not give me any feedback. I am very certain that my bag was left in the hotel, and I could even determine where it was in the room. I'm not sure if the cleaning staff intentionally stole it, but for a hotel, it affects integrity and clearly poses a safety hazard. It's really disappointing.

The location is good, the breakfast is also good, the reception is very helpful

酒店服務態度惡劣，早上沒有熱水，門卡每一次出門後都要從新到前台刷卡，地鐵每天從早到晚每隔10秒都會發出噪音， 經過時床都會震動 是我一生中住過最差，最差最差的酒店

房間較小但乾乾淨淨，床挺舒服，地理位置不錯，早餐中規中矩，門口這條街有好幾家咖啡店，走路就可以到巴黎春天

The hotel is in a very central location, it is possible to reach almost everywhere on foot or by metro. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but adequate and comfortable. The cleaning was done very well. I stayed at Park Lane for three days and I was very satisfied.

Great service from the front desk staff. They were fun, pleasant, attentive and offered excellent dining options. We loved our room, and the hotel was convenient to our main interests.

Great hotel for a home base: comfortable, clean and in a safe area in 8th arrondissement. Good free breakfast. May want to bring your own conditioner though. They didn’t have any. Still, we highly recommend it!

Very friendly staff. However, found the room to be quite poor for a 4 star hotel. The towel rail was not straight, tiling not properly finished, when used the shower, the taps were wobbly. Wife nearly hurt herself as she opened the door, it was so tight to the front door and the hinge you couldn't open it properly. Not spacious at all. Would like to point out despite the room being quite poor, the staff were extremely friendly.

Hello somelittle suggestions: 1/ we had shampoo, but no conditioner? It will a nice gesture 2/ it is missing ubs plugs, it could be also nice, specially when you come from overseas with foreign plugs…. Thank you
