So far the hotel service is good. Clean and comfortable room. But only the aircond does not function cold... because they are connected with public aircon control? But at least the staff gave me a stand fan...so... everything is good. Location nice. Breakfast is nice too . Staff friendly.

I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.

This is a Chinese chain hotel with a good CP rate. Breakfast is simple and nice.

Right outside nan guan xiang, perfect location if you would like to visit the tourist spot in midnight or morning. Have food stall right outside and clothing shop, can do some shopping if required Nice mattresses and huge room

這一次五一出行，毫不猶豫還是選擇了亞朵酒店，海寧南關廂皮革城亞朵酒店的位置很好，出遊都比較方便。進入酒店房間辦理的速度也很快，業務能力專業程度值稱讚，五一旁邊景區還可以看燈盞，早餐種類很多很豐富味道也很不錯，衞生也很乾凈。

這次入酒店真是一次愉快的體驗，進門前台就很熱情的打了招呼，辦理入住效率也很高，貼心的倒上一杯紅茶，茶也很好喝。酒店大廳很大，還有很多圖書，沒事可以在樓下看看書。打開房門有一股淡淡的香味，酒店的空調和隔音效果都不錯，衞生環境，還有豐富的早餐，種類齊全味道鮮美，最好的是隔音效果，保障了睡眠充足！對了，五一期間南關廂還有各種活動，熱鬧非凡！

環境非常好，前台服務也特別好，一進去就送了兩杯蜂蜜水，走的時候還送兩瓶礦泉水，晚上還有免費的粥和點心小吃，房間也很乾凈，走的時候忘了件衣服，叫了快遞去郵寄，房間有任何遺漏的東西都會打電話確認，特別用心，位置也很好，旁邊就是南關廂歷史文化街區，晚上很漂亮，隨便逛逛很愜意，推薦住這裏

酒店的環境非常好，安靜舒適。房間很大很乾凈，空氣清新，沒有異味，設施齊全。雖然臨近古街，但隔音很好，晚上睡的很熟。前台服務也很好，很熱情的打招呼，一上來就奉茶，退房的時候還給了一瓶暖心水。早餐也很好吃，品種很豐富，自助的形式很方便，提一個小建議，雙人間放2個辦公桌椅，謝謝
