The geographical location is very good, you can see the Eiffel Tower and the front desk staff on night shifts are also very good

I booked a room based on the view of the Eiffel Tower on the hotel reservation site, but they assigned me a room with a view surrounded by dark walls, which I didn't expect. They promised to change it to a view of the Eiffel Tower the next day, but they didn't do anything. And the photo of the front of the hotel is very different from the reality. Don't be fooled.

The hotel is very old and I smelled a new paint during my stay. However, the room is huge and spacious. But it’s not a new hotel

Everything was good

Good location, few walks to the Metro and bus station. The room is cosy,clean and have partially Eiffel Tower view. Staff are friendly and helpful.

During my eight days stay, the cleaning of the room was not done every day, from the carpet to the towels. Curtains were not fixed to avoid day light in early morning. Over a single night stay, anyone would prefer to stay away from this hotel. The service cannot be rated as 4 stars. The staff and management of the hotel are unable to appropriately address the customer issues. Although, relatively common in Paris, in this hotel the guest is not considered as a guest, but as a person whose words cannot be trusted (cleaning requests) and has to suffer bad attitude from the staff. Electrical outlets do not meet international standards. Really, really bad experience in this hotel in Paris. I just moved out to get better luck in a new one.

The water at the hotel breakfast was sour, they said they forgot to clean the detergent

The elevator is surprisingly small, which is also quite unique. The environment is good and the room is comfortable. The location is in a residential area, closer to the Eiffel. The window view is OK, and you can take pictures of the Eiffel.

The room is an old house, but the facilities are OK, the overall atmosphere is very good, the courtesy and friendliness of the service staff exceeded expectations, it was a very good experience. You can see the Eiffel Tower when you go out.

The room is very clean. You can see the Eiffel Tower right at the entrance of the hotel. I arrived at night and saw the Eiffel Tower flashing at the entrance of the hotel. All the fatigue from the journey was gone, haha

The supplies in the room are all diptyque and very good. You can barely see the Eiffel Tower from the window. The room is a bit small, but the overall feeling is good and cost-effective
