This was one of my best experiences in Paris, the staffs are so lovely, the room amenities are great. The hotel is so neat and beautiful. As the hotel is on the Champ-Elysee, it is just central to all the good places to visit and have a good time. We can’t wait to return and thank you to the staffs.

The staff is very accommodating, and polite. Our booking was for a king size bed. On the 1st night, we got a queen size bed without realizing it (too tired). On the next morning, we asked to get the right room. The staff was able to get us a larger room and a king size

A very nice place close to major shopping avenue, transport, etc. very friendly staff members and great breakfast. Would have been google to have a kettle in the room.

This is a very quiet and warm place, it should be an old house. The room is not big, but very warm, especially when arriving on a rainy day. The elevator is also small, but it is enough. The breakfast is not very varied, but very family-friendly. And the ********* who can speak Chinese serve at breakfast, which is very considerate.

The room is a bit small, but it is still large in France where every inch of land is valuable. It is very clean.

The area where this hotel is located is the most high-end and safe area in Paris, right next to the Four Seasons and Bulgari Hotel, and 5 minutes walk to the Champs-Elysées and Hermes. You can walk to the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, and the Place de la Concorde. I chose two adults and one child. The hotel prepared an extra bed before check-in. Two breakfasts were provided when booking, and children's breakfast was also included. The storage space in the room is sufficient, the bathroom and furniture are well maintained, and the hotel decoration is very tasteful. On the day of check-in, there were more than a dozen pillows on the bed, worthy of the French who are particular. The bathroom supplies are L'Occitane, and Evian water and chocolate are given every day when you check in. The variety of breakfast every day is not as many as that of a five-star hotel, but the quality of each is very good, and the coffee is especially delicious. The French grandfather at the door is very kind, and the waiter in the restaurant is a Cambodian who can speak Chinese. He will remember your previous seat and bring you coffee in time.

Because the room was still being cleaned, I was given an executive room for free. It was a very good hotel!

Very close to the Champs Elysees, you can easily walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The room is carefully decorated and elegant. Luggage can be stored for free after check-out. There is no duvet in the room bedding, and the blanket is wrapped in the sheet, but it is warm. I didn't try the breakfast, so I won't comment on it.

A super great hotel with a good location, right next to the Champs-Elysées. There are Hermes and LV flagship stores just outside the door, the Arc de Triomphe is just a few steps away, and there is a subway station next to it. I love it very much. It is also a historical building, the room is very exquisite, the service is warm, and the facilities are complete, which makes me feel the quality of a domestic five-star hotel. Of course, the room is a bit small, but it is enough; and if you bring children, the hotel will take the initiative to set up a single bed, with corresponding water, towels, etc.; a full set of L'Occitane, and you can see the street view of Paris when you open the window. Highly recommended!
