The Castex was the perfect location as I wanted to be near Pont Marie, Le Marais and easy access to Notre Dame. The hotel staff were amazingly friendly and my room was very small but perfectly clean and well equipped. For the price via Trip.com, it represented great value and I would book it again.

我非常喜歡 地點很方便離捷運跟巴士站都很近。
而且老闆人非常好也非常親切，原本要出去買水結果他們直接給了我們一大瓶。
另外飯店裡也有電梯，真的很友善。

Greeted on arrival by a lovely man. He was completely happy explaining everything in English as my French isnt good. We had a complimentary bottle of wine. Room cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. Water pressure was amazing and hot.
Brilliant location. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Great little property. It’s an old building so space is limited, but the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and seemed happy to see us everytime we came and went. The boiler heat took us a bit to find the right combination of heat and open window, but we’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Great neighborhood for metro, drinks and neighborhood bistros.

The staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is okay and they try to offer their best. However rooms are very small, tight spaces and smell old and muggy. I guess the old walls and heaters need some work. Maybe they need to open the windows and allow fresh air to flow. Bathroom is also very tiny.

Great location in the Marais. Super host, with welcoming gift, good bottle of red wine. Healthy breakfast, excellent temperature in the room in February. Convenient Elevators

I don’t like to bad mouth hotels as it is people’s livelihoods, however even by Paris stds the accommodation was very poor and in disrepair, cleanliness was questionable. Pastries and breakfast good, staff nice

The room was very clean and convenient however as a non smoking hotel the strong smell of cigarette was present all night in the room.
