Perfect little small/cosy hotel if you’re looking for a budget place to sleep and planning to be out all day sight seeing. (We just stayed for 3 nights, arriving late on the Saturday and checking out early on the Tuesday 30th-3rd.) The two gentlemen running the reception, especially the nighttime chap were fantastic, very pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful with all our needs. I wish I’d caught their names for recognition. Our room was a basic twin with the beds pushed together. It was small, as the reviews suggested but plenty adequate for what we needed. We had a front/street view room and although it is busy traffic wise the noise was not an issue and I’m a light sleeper. It was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. Safe and WiFi were free. Water/coffee/tea/kettle/cups and hairdryer in room. Towels/showergel/soap provided too. Montmartre and the cathedral within 20 walk. Joules Joffrin metro less than 5 mins up the road and we got 2 day metro passes and travelled that way. We had breakfast included and the coffee was fab. It was a continental breakfast but plenty of choice and again the ladies running the kitchen were great. The hotel is really driving the green/eco agenda too which is great to see. My only negative is the corridors are very narrow, however it is a small hotel. Also the stairs are spiral but that’s a common theme in Paris and there is a small lift as an alternative.
