Serene Villas

We had an amazing stay at serene villas... they organised a wonderful birthday celebration and nothing was too much trouble..Putu & Suri were great to deal with and Surya our butler was amazing and cooked a fabulous breakfast..will definitely stay again..brian & Karen

Fantastic property & Sumi our host was great - thank you. Definitely would be happy to recommend - also very convenient location, close to all restaurants and spa facilities. Next door, restaurant Hibiscus also a top and local place to eat.

Our stay here was incredible from start to finish we were looked after really well by all staff Putu and Agus aswell as the butlers. The Villa was amazing we stayed in the frangipani Villa and it was everything we hoped it would be. Would definitely recommend and i will visit again.

We loved our stay at SunGlow Villa. It was spacious, accommodating two families with small children. The pool was great and pool fencing is available, a must with small children. The manager Putu was always available and happy to accommodate our requests. The butler, Ayu, cooked us amazing breakfast each day, with lots of options to chose from. Room service and in house massages were fantastic and easy to arrange. Walking distance to the main streets of Seminyak and a close walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, chill aircon. You will not be disappointed.

We had 2 families stay at sunglow villa. Both families had 2 adults and 1 child. Everyone had a really great time. The villa was awesome. It was clean and spacious. Beds were king beds and very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and large. Pool was great, the kids loved swimming every day and you get fresh towels daily. The kitchen had a large water filter next to the fridge that dispensed hot, chilled and room temp water. The bathrooms were replenished daily with clean water for teeth cleaning. The room service menu was great, it had a good food selection which was tasty, you could also order massages to the room aswell as transport and other things. We have no complaints with the amenities at the villa. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed or wanted they were more than happy to help. The included breakfast everyday was so good, you just fill out a form the day before and tell them a time and they just show the next morning and cook it for you. Fresh juice and a hot breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day. We all really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Well maintained villa with pool and very friendly staffs. We stayed in Palm Villa, it is very quiet you can hear birds chirping, even though it's walking distance from crowds. Location is also good, accessible from 2-way street, although be prepared when you drive wide car as the entrance to lobby is very narrow. There're parking space in front of lobby. Showers are outdoor with no roof (with little garden next to it). It was rainy when we stayed, but the villa got cleaned every day. There wasn't much mosquitos when we stayed, the staffs put repellent coils every night so that may helped. Overall, we had great time staying!

Fantastic stay! We were so well looked after. Our butler gave us some awesome insight into what to do and explained Balinese culture. We were brought fresh fruit and had a delicious breakfast each morning. We booked the BBQ for one of the nights and we came home to a beautifully decorated backyard dining room. Service was 5 stars !

We had a very nice week in this villa, everything was arranged down to the last detail. the villa is absolutely great, everything is neat and very well maintained. the service is top notch. breakfast is fine and made fresh in the villa every day. In short, a great stay and highly recommended. We would especially like to thank Mei and Eka for their good care.

Very hospitable staff and especially manager Putu. A great find for us. Villa is neat and clean, and has everything u need. They will help you for everything you need to in Bali , and also help if you get in problem. Lost my glasses at a random Restraunt and they just got it back, lost a guitar in a cab and they got that back too , Organized all our trips, trek, atv , rafting etc
