The location was good as it’s a walking distance to restaurants cafe but the rooms are very small for an apartment kind, especially the 2 single beds I’ve never seen before to such small beds. My teenager sons couldn’t sleep well at nights as he couldn’t move properly due to the tiny beds. There weren’t any water bottles so we had to buy and stock them, the service at the lobby was very slow and the receptionist couldn’t understand English well. I accidentally booked an extra day and requested to cancel the extra but they decline which was very disappointing as we were staying 3 nights but accidentally booked for 4 nights with 3 rooms.

The room accommodation was clean and had a decent quality of space for Paris. The surrounding area was very modern and had a nice feel to it. Will consider visiting again!

來住過一次，基本有的都有，靠近火車站，巴士總站。但是需要打車過去火車站。而且樓下還有麥當勞，吃住基本得到簡單的解決。

我們是雙人房，空間有點小，床很小的二張剛剛好。其他自助早餐和環境都還可以。性價比算不錯。而且那一帶據説在巴黎算是安全的。邊上還有一個超市可以買很多東西自己做早餐也可以。房間裏面有微波爐

Buen apartamento e instalaciones. Únicamente la limpieza se efectuaba cada 2/3 días.

非常差，酒店前台不提供任何便利設施，也沒有牙刷。衞生非常差床單都不換，上面明顯就很臟。第一個房間還有很重的狐臭味。空調是壞的

J’ai réserver pour une nuit, un studio avec grand lit 2 places pour 262 euros! A ce prix je m’attendais minimum à un service de qualité. Super emplacement à 5 minutes a pied du métro 14 et 30 min en voiture de la banlieue parisienne. Grande fut notre déception quand arrivée dans notre chambre nous constatons qu’il n’y avait aucune boissons au frais mm pas une bouteille d’eau, mm pas un verre pour boire. Nous avons du à 00h trouver un moyen de boire. Une fontaine d’eau Se trouve a l'accueil j’étais au 6 eme je vous fait pas un dessin.. flem heureusement nous avons trouvée une épicerie à 10 minutes a pied. La chambre était doter d’un grand balcon mais impossible de fumer il faut descendre a nouveau.. je vous refais pas un dessin. Salle de bain avec douche et wc spacieuse et propre petit bémol pas de dentifrice,de savon pr se laver les mains, de brosse a dent avec gobelet. Heureusement que je ramène tjrs mon nécessaire de toilette avec moi.. Nous avons tt de même passer une nuit agréable lit super confortable des draps propres mais malheureusement à 7h réveil en fanfare car immeuble en construction juste en face tanpis pr la grasse mat… Conclusion assez déçu un studio a plus de 200 euros. Je pensais avoir fait une affaire en réservant car il y avait une promotion avec Trip.. mais trop chère pour le peu de choses a disposition! j’oubliais il faut payer un supplément pr prendre le petit déjeuner! Youpi… Il n’y aura pas de prochaine fois.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. It's not in the prettiest part of Paris and the main sights are a little distance away, but f you are comfortable navigating the metro, then everything is within a 15 minute metro ride.

The housekeeping was hit and miss. We had to go to the reception 3 nights out of 5 to get towels after we got back from dinner and sight seeing so 8.30-9.30pm. So the other 2 days they got it right then ..... nope the first day there was no housekeeping and we told them not to make the room on the last day so we didn't have to go through the great towel hunt.

Situated in the quieter university district by the Seine River, near to metro and amenities, this is a functional hotel which has everything you need for a stay in Paris. Great staff, restaurant, facilities, breakfast and good sized rooms, this was a perfect stay. Will return.

They cancelled our reservation on our day of arrival. We tried several times to call them on the phone and they hung up or didn't respond. We were left with no accomodation in a foreign country. This is disgusting behavior. Save yourself a lot of problems and stay elsewhere.
