The double room was just fine and pretty good for the price. It wasn't amazing or anything, but it was a place to crash and we slept pretty well. We didn't have any of the issues that other people have complained about and I've stayed in worse places.

Literally the most horrific hotel i have ever stayed in. Dirty run down rooms which wouldn’t be out of place in a prison. Rude shouty staff that look like crack heads. Only two filthy broken toilets and showers shared between the entire five floor hotel. They refused to refund our second night. DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely disgusting hotel my daughter and her boyfriend checked in here there was no lighting on the stairs very unsafe and dangerous toilet seat was hanging off bathroom floor was filthy no working plug sockets in bedroom went to reception to complain only to be told can move you room if you pay more but can’t see it before you pay was extremely upset asked for a refund of some kind to be told quite rudely we don’t do refunds and he shut door in my face absolutely disgusting customer service how are they on hotel sites someone really needs to look into this hotel

Very bad stay, nothing is good, room has ants, Very very bad behavior from the reception guys specially Abd Elhakem and the old man, i was asking for help about the hot water in bathroom that wasn’t work then he won’t come to fix or show me how it work and said with bad reactions just try i don’t have time to help you, Hotel is very narrow, elevator for only one person with one small bag. Air Heater is not working. there’s no reception area to have seating and put your luggage I didn’t see any space. i think they replaced it by nursery and close it from the guest. I will never back again! the one and only thing is the location because it’s close to metro station.

We have stayed in many 5* hotels across the world, but in its own way, this traditional, family run hotel rates with the best of them. Peacefully situated on the bank of the River Gave, not far from the Grotto of Lourdes, it is a real haven. Built in 1920, it retains its original architectural features and ambience. It is immaculately clean and includes good quality bedding and towels. The food reflects the region and is plentiful and delicious. Having an intolerance to garlic I was happy that they prepared my meals separately. Few hotels do. We'll be back.

I booked through Las**inute.com and was very misled about what I was going to receive for our 2 night holiday in Paris. At no point was I told that I would have to pay for the hotel after paying Las**inute.com for the holiday. The booking said to show ID and a credit card but did not say I would have to pay more money to then get refunded by Las**inute.com. So be careful if you do decide to come here. The pictures I was shown by Las**inute.com were of a high standard and was very looking forward to the short break from normal life. But, there were stains on the walls. No chairs or other seating without stains or a high amount of scratches and damage. The bathroom door was damaged. Walls were stained and were bubbling off the wall itself. The bed was the only thing that was the same and was an okay bed for the price, I have stayed in poorer quality ones that were spring-loaded, but this one was pretty okay. However, there was a nail coming out of the side of the bed which my partner scraped her leg on. Along with that nail, there were other nails coming out the walls either at the skirting board or close to the ceiling. If you are wanting privacy you won't be getting that here. I live where the walls are pretty thin but this was much worse. Conversations in the immediate room next door might as well have included us in the chit-chat if they were English. The hotel itself does not quiet down. Middle of the night sounding like removal men coming in to sort the hotel out. On arrival along with paying, I was told that I would have to leave the key with reception (although they are open 24/7) and there was a sign saying that they can not be liable for lost items. If you want more security you can leave the items with them in a safe which they have the code for and there was only one, but again they can not be liable for lost items. Well to me if you have either the code for the safe or the only key to the room you can definitely be liable for my lost goods. So if security is a factor in your holiday do not come here. I really wish I had looked at reviews for this holiday and not trusted only Las**inute.com. Hope people do not make the same mistake.

J'ai été effrayée par les avis négatifs, j'y suis allée qd même et franchement je n ai pas été déçue. Quartier à côté du métro, ma chambre était propre, agréable avec 1 télé. Le personnel est sympathique. La literie confortable. Franchement, les gens sont difficiles. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. J'y retournerai.

Séjour en famille pour 3 nuits en chambre triple. Hôtel vraiment passable pour la France. Le site internet est mensonger, les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité, je pense qu’elles sont modifiées . L’hôtel et les chambres sont sales (saletés sur les murs, le sol, les poignées, interrupteurs…) traves de moisissures… la salle de bain n’est pas mieux, les wc sont sous le pommeau de douche, pas de rideau ou parois, l’eau ne s’évacue pas donc flaque au pied des toilettes qui reste plusieurs heures… Concernant l’accueil et le personnel: peu de contact. Nous sommes arrivés avec 10min d’avance pour le check-in (qui est à 15h, sachant qu’au moment de la réservation on nous demande notre heure d’arrivée sans précision ) et on nous a demandé de revenir plus tard… Les tarifs étant bas pour la ville, je comprends que nous n’étions pas dans un palace mais cela n’empêche pas la propreté. La rénovation annoncée sur le site n’est que du cache misère. Bref parfois il vaut mieux mettre un peu plus d’argent et avoir un lieu avec un minimum d’hygiène.
