I should have known something was off when the room didn't have any curtains, and no one seemed to know where they had gone, but I stayed in the room anyway. Two days later I woke up to bites on my fingers and neck. Flipping my pillow over, I was greeted by a bed bug. Unfortunately, I now know I'm one of those people who have severe reactions to these bug bites. I had to go to the doctor once I was back stateside because of the severity of the bites. This coupled with throwing away my suitcase and other items that are notorious for bringing back the bugs, paying to professionally clean my clothes, permanent scars on my arms and upper torso, and Sonder has barely been responsive about compensation. I have sent several emails and gotten little response. When I called Sonder, it was clear they didn't even have any of the photographic or video evidence I sent to them on file. I do not feel Sonder took this situation seriously, and I will never stay at a Sonder again because of their low standards and poor customer service.

The room is really comfy and quiet, very well located as well and the room view on the lovely square is a delight! Plus the bathroom is modern and comfortable as well with a lot of natural light thanks to the window. It was also very convenient to have a kitchenette in the room, we really appreciate all the amenities and the staff was very helpful and welcoming whenever we had questions.

Really lovely residential area which felt like it was out of the centre of Paris. A lot quieter and tranquil. But also not far to get everywhere we needed via the metro. Our apartment overlooked a nice little park - was lovely. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. However when I came to use a towel there was an old hair on it. My friend had to take this down to reception whilst I was in the shower to swap it, when she got a new one there was another hair, so she had to go down again to get another towel - the member of staff who helped her with this was not friendly and was quite rude. However another member of staff that we came across at another time during our stay was extremely friendly and lovely, so this was hit and miss. Overall, would stay again. Good value - but making sure the towels are fully clean before putting them in rooms would have made it a little better :)

Lovely well equipped studio, with great balconies. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff helpful. Quiet residential area but easily able to access the central part of Paris via the metro, bus and foot. Close to a supermarket and local restaurants. Great place to stay and escape the hustle and bustle of Paris

Great area, well designed rooms. My second time here - so would come back again! Very convenient to be able to leave the bags at the property after check-out. Only downside for me were the pillows - too hard, too bulky (like in most Sonder properties I have stayed at)

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in one of the studios. It was a very spacious room with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect with several supermarkets and boulangeries pâtisseries nearby as well as other shops. At least 3 métro stations were within 5 to 10 minutes walk. We would highly recommend Sonder Quintinie!

Lovely apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not much of a view or nearby tourist attractions but is convenient to get around using the metro. I’d definitely come again if I travel for business.

The location is very continent, easy to get to the subway, Carrefour, bakery and restaurants. The room is in good size and my room has the view to the park which is nice. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, makes you feel at home, I experienced Parisian life for a week.

We had a very disappointing check in experience which soured our entire stay. The website mentions that luggage storage is available but what they neglect to mention is that there is space for about six bags which means that they storage becomes full vert quickly. We arrived at about 1:30 pm and luggage storage was full and there was no staff on site (heads up - front desk staff is only on site from 3:30 pm - 8 am). We had been travelling overnight and were exhausted. We chatted in over the app and called the phone number and the only solution we were offered was to walk (with our bags) 20 minutes away and pay to store them at a different location. Or we could wait in the lobby (the lobby is, essentially, a hallway with two wooden chairs). This was a disappointing start to a very important and special trip. Aside from the check in experience, here are the pros and cons... Pros - The rooms have been recently redone and are very clean and modern - The beds are comfortable (although very firm) - The fridge in the kitchenette was a good size - It is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood Cons - The showers are very small - it was difficult to raise my arms to wash my hair - There were not enough outlets in the room to charge mobile devices - There is no where to unpack your clothes (no dresser) - There was no elevator to our rooms so we had to lug our bags up the stairs - Housekeeping is an extra expense (25 euros/day) Basically, our experience with Sonder is that they are trying to be a hotel/Air BnB hybrid. The hands off check in experience (similar to what you get at an Air BnB) made it feel very impersonal and didn't make us feel like valued guests. We also reached out to the hotel after returning home and were basically told 'We're sorry about your experience...we hope to host you again to show you a better experience." ＜- This is an excellent example of their level of service, they're very polite and courteous but offer no real solutions or guest service recovery efforts.

I booked a room for a quick solo trip and it absolutely did not disappoint! It was perfectly clean and comfortable. My room had a little balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee. The staff were very nice and helpful, I had a late flight out so the luggage storage was very helpful.

Brand new Sonder hotel in the 15th district of Paris. The location is great: not too touristy but you can get everything you may need within a 5-min walk. Our room was super clean and nicely furnished. Great shades! The luggage storage is a big plus.

After reading some of the reviews we were a bit nervous but the room was gorgeous and spotless. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our requests. I would definitely go back. The location was also great.

Muy buen lugar donde parar en Paris con una relacion calidad/precio razonable. Muy buena atención del personal. La ubicación es buena y hay muchas opciones de BUS y Metro cercanas. Tomamos un departamento externo con muy buena vista vista hacia la plaza y edificios circundantes. Lo recomiendo!
