It was a very old hotel, evident from the bathroom shower and the carpet in the rooms. Even the telephone was missing some buttons. However, the location and service were good.In my opinion, it's not worth $170 per night.

Great location. Friendly service. The room is very clean. Will come back next time.

I was in town for a family event. I was upgraded to a club room due to my Titanium status. But the club lounge is just the elevator lobby on the 5th floor with very, very basic offerings. At least it was clean. The room key the 5th floor was very glitchy and took a long time to work each time. Our room was also clean. Space was adequate for a standard room. One complaint about the room was the poor soundproofing - both from the hallway and from rooms next door. Fortunately, neighbors (who I could hear easily during the day) remained quiet at night and I was able to get decent rest. Front desk staff were polite. But my biggest complaint was that they don't accept Marriott gift cards. It's clearly a Marriott hotel participating in the Marriott loyalty program but they don't accept Marriott gift cards? Makes no sense to me. Of course, I didn't find out until check out. Fortunately room rates were OK so wasn't a big deal but an inconvenience and surprise none the less.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Peace and quiet is the norm when I stay at the Rockville Sheraton each month. The team is always courteous, friendly, and welcoming! When in the area, or considering a visit to the nation’s capital, choose the Rockville Sheraton.

The Sheraton Rockville Hotel has been really great to work with for group blocks! The Sales Director, Shalomi Sanders, was really attentive to our group requests and communicated well every step of the way. We will definitely use the Sheraton Rockville again!

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The food in the restaurant was exceptional as always and all staff at this location is also exceptional! I have stayed in many hotels and again this is by far my favorite for accommodations and food - also easy access to things for business purposes. Rooms are very well maintained and clean and beds are super comfortable! Would and have recommended to business associates as well as family and friend! I will only stay at this hotel visiting this area.

We host a large event (approximately 400 to 500 guest) every year in August in Rockville, MD. Sheraton Rockville Hotel is our go-to place for the past 3 years (and we have booked 60 rooms for this year's event as well). The hotel is conveniently located and is in an excellent condition. We book both double and single bed rooms and we have yet to hear a complain from any of our guests. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. The hotel staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Though we don't use the on-site restaurant, the wait staff is very friendly as well. When one is hosting a large group, the last thing one needs is a hotel headache. Sheraton Rockville Hotel has been wonderful in that regards.

This was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. Starting from Check-in, room cleanliness, breakfast and guest services, everything exceeded our expectations. Everyone acknowledged us regardless of the department they worked in and were ready to help.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton following at event at the hotel. The rooms were clean and staff were attentive and welcoming. We enjoyed drinks and food from the bar. The overall experience was great. I’d recommended this hotel for a stay when in the Rockville area.

Great hotel for both business and pleasure alike. Friendly and courteous staff that is always willing to go above and beyond. The party room is great for all types of celebrations and they have some good food options. The hotel is also in the desirable King Farms neighborhood with close proximity to metro.

Hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property is nice and well kept. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and attentive. The party room is perfect for celebrations. Pretty cool bar for happy hour too. I have stayed there and been there for two celebrations. I would highly recommend this property!

Very good hospitality, professional staff especially high level of sales member who is Mrs Shalomi. Very kind and clean house keeping. Breakfast was very nice too. Even though brought big group like 110 people, they still maintain good quality of service
