Great and friendly service! Their rooms are amazing and to pictures. We joined day tour the day we checked out and we didn’t leave enough time to have breakfast after watching balloons and sunrise, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a takeaway breakfast, she was so kind and understandable that we didn’t want to be late for the bus pick up. And luckily we had breakfast to go that we wouldn’t be hungry for the tour that involves hiking until lunch.

酒店在烏其希薩爾城堡下，酒店就在石頭城內，服務很好，酒店房間乾淨，乾爽，設施配備齊全，，房間內的桑拿浴缸太棒了，當早上坐了熱氣球回來，泡個熱水澡，全身都暖和了。酒店早上5：00-6：00是看熱氣球的最佳位置，可以清楚的看到山谷熱氣球上升下降的全過程。酒店可以停車，把鑰匙給前台就可以！總之很滿意住在這裏！

房間非常好，套房很大，還配有土耳其浴室，不太會用。酒店早餐非常豐盛，時間8:00-12:00，比很多酒店時間長，完全可以睡足了再去當午飯吃。但酒店位置不在格雷梅小鎮，而是在烏齊希薩爾城堡小鎮，距離不遠，但打車去還是要200里拉左右，十分鐘的車程。所以，對於想要熱鬧出行便利的遊客來説，住格雷梅更便利。對於想領略更多風景，峽谷徒步、洞穴風景的，可以考慮這個位置的酒店，烏齊希薩爾城堡就在酒店十分鐘步行範圍內，這個小鎮的酒店都很美。露台上可以看熱氣球，稍遠一點。衞生很好，畢竟是洞穴酒店，對房間牆壁不能過高要求。英文溝通還可以。值得推薦。

1、酒店房間與實物不符，我到了知道reception和我説照片是分三個房間分別拍的好的部分，我拿到的房間不在這三個房間之一，完全不是一個樣式！ 2、酒店還在裝修，旁邊還有水泥堆，味道很重！ 3、泡澡浴室水質不過關，沒有過濾系統，全是砂石，我放了之後裏面還發現一衹螞蟻Ant 🐜，我問前台，也讓我理解，他説沒有辦法。我説換房間，他説衹有精品房1200元的，我原價1800訂的套房，讓我有問題找網站，不給我補差價！ 4、門壞的，門鎖打不開，他自己開門都很費勁，晚上睡覺我就衹能鎖不上門，用椅子撞着，很不安全！！ 5、睡覺空調很吵，睡覺很不舒服，整個環境很壓抑，燈光也不好，打得很少！ 6 洗手盆很淺，稍微放水時間超過20秒就開始往外溢出來水，一邊洗手，水一邊溢出來流到地上，弄濕衣服 7 淋浴沖頭壞的，水很小，管子下端也漏水！ 總之，沒有什麼好的，就是看着外觀好看，價格貴，實則一塌糊塗，簡稱：綉花枕頭一包草。

ウチヒサールに位置するホテル 部屋、ホテルからの景色は最高😃 夜ご飯は、ギョレメで済ませてホテルに帰るのがおすすめ

還不錯，唯一不足的就是附近餐廳選擇性不多，但是他們有自己的餐廳，吃的也還可以，環境是這裏的最高點，很適合看熱氣球

來卡帕一定要住這個酒店，景觀太美了，每個房間都有不一樣的風景，這個酒店應該是卡帕最好的酒店。餐廳在露台，可以邊享用早餐，邊欣賞風景。

非常不錯的酒店呢～山洞裏雖然沒有窗户，但是還是非常美的。酒店也能看到氣球，就是不是很近就是了，大家可以根據自己需求考慮
