When I booked this I wasn't expecting much. I was surprised. Hotel staff were really nice. The hotel room was small but clean. Beds were comfortable and shower was really good. We used the hotel as a base to explore Paris. Bolivar metro station was literally next to the hotel. As well as plenty on shops and restaurants. I really recommend Bolivar cafe bar just around the corner. We went there every night to eat the foot was fantastic!! I would stay here again as the area was nice and quiet compared to central Paris and only two metro stops away from the Eurostar terminals

very nice small hotel with friendly staff, every thing refurbished recently, clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely bathroom, brakfast is fresh and served with love. This hotel exceeded our expectation... big thank you to every one.

The employees are extremely friendly, it is the best thing about the place, but unfortunately I had to cancel since for me the property does not have the necessary conditions to spend more than one night. I do not like to give bad reviews, but they should improve the conditions a little. It is also recommended if you want to save some money and have a very close metro that allows you to reach all of Paris.

I booked this hotel because we wanted to stay near the train station and this hotel was only 15 min away by metro.
The ceiling in our room had a big bulge coming out of it. My husband touched it and apparently the ceiling had a type of fabric covering it. There was no shower curtain or glass on the tub and the shower head holder was broken. The pillows were flat and need to be replaced. Glad we were there only one night.

Very nice hotel with even nicer staff The staff were so kind and considerate, good breakfast metro 2 minutes away and bus stop near by absolutely fantastic Thank you for an excellent stay, we highly recommend!

This isn't the Ritz, so don't complain. The staff is super sweet and so helpful. The owner helped us navigate the Metro (really close by) which saved us a ton on Uber. The rooms are small and you almost feel like you're in an Airbnb - very cozy. If you want a great location with a very friendly and helpful staff and you're ok not staying at the fanciest place in town, this is a good spot. I would stay here again.
