Ulasan Mercure Paris Opera Garnier Hôtel & Spa

Lokasi bagus dan staf meja depan sangat ramah Sarapannya tidak buruk dan ukuran kamarnya kecil. membersihkan Stasiun kereta bawah tanah berada tepat di depan dan berbelanja juga tersedia. Ini adalah gigi tiruan yang optimal

Kecuali lokasinya yang lebih baik, semuanya sangat buruk. Saya tidak percaya hotel bintang empat seharga lebih dari 1.000 yuan terlihat seperti ini. Ini adalah rumah kecil sekecil kandang merpati. Dikatakan memiliki tempat tidur ganda, tetapi tidak ada jarak antara kedua tempat tidur. Ruangan tempat kami ditugaskan juga merupakan poligon tidak beraturan. Jika saya mempunyai kesempatan untuk datang ke Paris lagi di masa depan, saya pasti tidak akan menginap di hotel ini.

Hotel yang bagus dengan staf yang sangat menyenangkan, ramah dan tersenyum. Terima kasih untuk pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan ini 😊.

The location is good but the stay was not okay. We asked that pleae put an iron and iron board in the room when I book the hotel and even email them and I got reply that they will put them before I arrive. But when I went into the room there was no. We called them to bring them up and we got them in a few hours... we used the iron anyway but there was dirty stain on the iron side, we didn't notice that until we used it. So my skirt got the stain as well. Just really annoyed about it. The manager said they can send it to cleaning service and we sent it but still not really happy. And the room is really tiny tiny. No space to put an iron board tbh.. I like the location but if I go back to Paris, I don't want to stay here.

The room was the size of a shoe box. You actually can’t call it a room because there was space for just a double bed and nothing more. As a couple we barely could get up at the same time. There was no reception, there were only people who were standing in front of a high table at the entry. I had to pay more tax than what was stated in the trip.com charge break down. The breakfast was the only nice thing. The service employees were okay but would not go far to say “friendly”. I wouldn’t stay here again. We chose it for the location and perception that it would be comfortable since it has 4 stars. It felt more like 2 or 3 stars. No minibar, no nespresso machine, no shower amenities, no slippers. In the shower there was a 2 in 1 hair and body wash and my hair has suffered from this.

蠻喜歡的一家酒店，現代風的裝修風格，今年也是法網的合作酒店之一，房間精緻，工作人員服務態度也很nice，下次出遊巴黎會再次選擇！

酒店 環境：比較美 衞生：還是OK的 服務：滿意

房間比較細小，但以這個價錢還包早餐來說，十分相宜。而且早餐選擇豐富，有鮮榨橙汁，咖啡機，茄汁豆，煙肉，麵包 ，芝士，乳酪等等。

주변에 메트로랑 버스정류장도 있어서 주요관광지 다니기가 매우 편함니다 객실은 프리빌리지급이면 적당히 널찍하고 좋습니다 엘레베이터가 넓어서 좋네요!! 가성비호텔 강추합니다

방이 작긴 하지만 그래도 깔끔하고 관광하기 편한 위치였어요. 살짝 골목에 들어가는 느낌이긴 해서 처음에는 조금 헤멨는데 다니다보니 괜찮더라고요. 그리고 1박당 무료생수 제공되고, 맞은 편에도 밤 늦게까지 하는 식당이 있어서 좋았어요.

最大優點是交通便利，門口bus地鐵都方便，離老佛爺和春天百貨都很近。缺點是服務很隨意，巴黎普遍的工作特色，不過態度挺好的。平日人很多，商務人士多。

位置很好，房間小
