The best thing about the hotel is the location. Being beside Printemps and Galleries Lafayette makes it very accessible and convenient. The area is generally quite safe too. But I must say that the room is pretty small, so if you are travelling with large suitcases, it will probably be better for you to book two rooms.

The staff were very welcoming and in a prime location.

The location is good but the stay was not okay. We asked that pleae put an iron and iron board in the room when I book the hotel and even email them and I got reply that they will put them before I arrive. But when I went into the room there was no. We called them to bring them up and we got them in a few hours... we used the iron anyway but there was dirty stain on the iron side, we didn't notice that until we used it. So my skirt got the stain as well. Just really annoyed about it. The manager said they can send it to cleaning service and we sent it but still not really happy. And the room is really tiny tiny. No space to put an iron board tbh.. I like the location but if I go back to Paris, I don't want to stay here.

The room was the size of a shoe box. You actually can’t call it a room because there was space for just a double bed and nothing more. As a couple we barely could get up at the same time. There was no reception, there were only people who were standing in front of a high table at the entry. I had to pay more tax than what was stated in the trip.com charge break down. The breakfast was the only nice thing. The service employees were okay but would not go far to say “friendly”. I wouldn’t stay here again. We chose it for the location and perception that it would be comfortable since it has 4 stars. It felt more like 2 or 3 stars. No minibar, no nespresso machine, no shower amenities, no slippers. In the shower there was a 2 in 1 hair and body wash and my hair has suffered from this.

It's convenient for going anywhere! The metro station is nearby and it's only a 5-minute walk to the Opera, so it was easy to access the Roissybus. I got takeout from Carrefour and Galeries Lafayette at Saint-Lazare Station and ate it in my hotel room, but there were no plates or cups, only paper cups. It's clean and convenient, so I think I'll come back!

Lovely hotel, will choose to stay next time!

As a solo traveler, I was looking for a place that was easily accessible from a major station and had a lot of people, and was also close to the Opera, where the Roissybus was to be taken from CDG airport. I arrived at the hotel just after 9am, and luckily a room was ready, so I was able to enter the room. The room was about 11m2, so if you open up a large suitcase, it will take up a lot of space. I think it would be difficult for two people. The interior of the room was much nicer than it looked in the photos. It felt new. Room amenities ・Cups ・Water heater ・Shampoo ・Body soap ・Hand soap ・Hair dryer No toothbrushes. Please bring your own. There was a bathtub, which is rare for an overseas hotel, so I was very grateful to be able to soak in the bathtub every night after walking around cold Paris.

The hotel is opposite the Lazare Railway Station, quiet in a bustling city, with convenient subway and bus connections, and not far from Galeries Lafayette and the Opera House; the service staff is very enthusiastic, and I met a beautiful receptionist who speaks Chinese, who arranged the room I needed; there are several Sichuan restaurants on a small street 200 meters walk from the hotel, which is a plus.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the subway and department stores, which can be reached within 5-10 minutes' walk; the room is a little small but very clean and tidy, with a lovely large balcony and a large bathroom. The cleaning staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and the front desk staff also provides a lot of help.

It was close to the Opera and Saint-Lazare Station, so it was easy to get to anywhere. It may be normal overseas, but it was a little disappointing that there were hardly any amenities in the room. I think it's a good idea to bring your own shampoo (which was both shampoo and body soap), toothbrush, pajamas, and slippers. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I'd like to stay here again if I come to Paris!

The furniture in the room is too small, such as the washbasin, table, etc.

The room is very clean and the mini bar is well-stocked. Although it is small, similar to European rooms, the location, catering and transportation are all first-class. It is near Printemps Department Store and Galeries Lafayette. There is fresh fried juice for breakfast 🍹, which is genuine and worth the price. I recommend it.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and the location is great. I will book this hotel again in the future.
